Great professional support from Kay. Excellent customer service

MThe communication was terrible from wren from not contacting me when products were no longer in stock to fitters not turning up, and delivery drivers peeing all over the toilet seat and stinking of alcohol. The ‘finish’ was lack luster and honestly pretty poor, I’ve emailed 4/5 times once to let my complaints be known and the rest for other reasons, I’ve heard responses from all the emails other than the complaints. I’ve been on hold for over an hour and am still yet to get through, please save yourself the trouble and don’t use wren. If I could give 0stars I would.

I spoke to Jordan yesterday and he was amazing. So helpful and polite. Gave me real confidence that all will be sorted. He’s a credit to the company. Thank you

Avoid Wren Kitchens. Our installation has turned into a months long ordeal of poor workmanship, damaged units, missed deadlines, and constant disruption. What makes it worse is the complete lack of communication — days or weeks with no updates, no ownership, and no urgency to fix their mistakes.
The Field Installation Manager has been one of the biggest issues: arrogant, dismissive, and impossible to get a straight answer from. Every conversation feels like we’re being talked down to rather than helped. Escalation attempts go nowhere, and Wren refuses to involve anyone senior enough to actually resolve the situation.
We chose Wren for a “premium” experience. Instead, we’ve been left with stress, unfinished work, and a company that seems to disappear the moment problems begin. If you’re considering Wren, think very carefully — once they’ve taken your money, you’re on your own.

Kitchen bedroom furniture install, product seems okay but unfortunately the surveyor mismeasured. This meant the balanced design was ruined. I was sent a smaller unit which is not fit for purpose. The difference in price has not been refunded yet. You cannot complain or raise the issue because the Wren building that sold the furniture is only a showroom, apparently. Mind you that didn't stop the salesman 'Bart' sending an accusatory email suggesting I was at fault. Ha e a one star review for your dreadful customer service.

Mike arrived on time and was friendly and very informative throughout the measurement appointment.
All my questions were answered and I was very happy with the overall service.

Amanda, the agent I spoke to was extremely helpful and professional discussing and resolving the issue I had with one of the items in my order. I’ve purchased from Wren several times now and have always been pleased with the service I have received.

Keifer and Dean were brilliant, care for our property , quick and nice and friendly .

Absolutely amazing! Very well organised. Good clear time and dates from Wren themselves. Mike (Rawlinson) gave us a heads up call prior to arrival was great! Meant that i could make sure the dog was in another room. He was very upbeat and professional he gave us a brochure are informed us of the next steps to take regarding our dream kitchen. I was extremely pleased with the service I received during the refunding of VAT for my orders that were exported to St Helena Island. The Customer Care provide by Lauren was extremely helpful and most importantly, Lauren kept me informed and updated on the processes. Thanking You.

The first lady was not as helpful as I expected, even though I explained to her that the kitchen had just been delivered and that I could not get the app to work. She did not make a stressful situation any better. I called in the next day and spoke to a perfect gentleman. The other person I spoke to today was professional from start to finish, and he made an already stressful situation seamless. I would give him six stars if I had the option.

I found Richard from Customer Relations to be very polite and helpful in sorting out an issue with a damaged item in our kitchen order. The issue was resolved with a minimum of fuss which was much appreciated.

The surveyor turned up on time introduced himself and showed his ID card. Described what he was going to do in terms of measuring the kitchen. He asked some additional questions around utilities. He was very polite and engaging to my questions throughout the process.

Kitchen is ok, average mid range quality although we bought the top range . After sales is almost non existent. And the " recommend a fried £250" promise is a joke! Been waiting almost a year, fobbed off at every call they have no Intention of paying that money out! So angry as son recommended them and we should both have received £250 but neither has nor will do! Won't shop there again.
