My parcle arrived on time , and their driver's are very professional

These guys are reliable.

We always use world wide parcels , prices are competitive and when it leaves us we know it will get there , spot on.

Paid for a parcel delivery. No shipping label was sent only an invoice so couldn't ship the item without this label. Its been a week now with no contact whatsoever, no email replies which they recommend to email when you call as no one ever picks up. I have called 3 times everyday for the past week within their 'so-called' telephone hours but nothing. Seems like a scam and fake site to me having been through this experience. Its a week and still not been able to send my parcel which has been paid for in full. Will be contacting my bank for a refund so stay away from this website at all costs...

Lost the parcel but was my mistake, wrong post code, got it in the end so happy ending 👍

Box was delivered to a neighbour, which we have just discovered a month later.

Positive: Process easy to follow with clear instructions; Efficient and timely pick-up; Detailed tracking information throughout; Package in A1 condition on delivery.
Negative: Considerably slower than a previous shipment; 2 days / 3 Sort Facilities before leaving Europe, resulting in delivery being outside the service guide time.
On balance, would recommend and will use again.

Not good. Phone contact is difficult. My items were damaged but no compensation. Probably better to go elsewhere.
The reply illustrates some of the issues. It’s basically self service. If you need guidance go elsewhere plenty of other suppliers.

The documentation and service were very good.

I can not believe how fast and efficient this service was, it was amazing. Collected from a private address, it was delivered by road (as needed for this package) faster than an air package sent at the same time. There is no hesitation I would use this company again.
