I ordered a mower blade which should have been in stock within 4 days. It was not. I had to e mail your company to find out what was going on when I should have been automatically informed.

All well eventually but your customer communication needs improving

paid online for some parts for husqavana saw 2 weeks ago and not heard a peep out of them. Awfull service. Now have to involve credit card company to get my money back

The items I ordered arrived on time and worked.

Sent out chain saw missing Clutch Drum Washer Sprocket, so would not stop the chain saw from moving, once operated. Paid for them to assemble the machine, and then took to closest STIHL dealer under the warranty and got the matter rectified. Was without the brand new machine for a week whilst waiting on part, extremely poor service, to be told it must have been a manufacturer fail, but clearly if this shop
Build the machine for me,
It was just clearly missed, which the warranty company TerraTruck could not believe it was sold like this🤦‍♂️

Good value Makita product, and delivered safely as promised once back in stock.

The item delivered within the correct time frame, however returning and getting a refund has been taken nearly a month, as of writing still have not received refund, poor service, clearly do not read emails and expect the customer to sort out their mistakes. would not use them again

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They were knowledgeable about the strimmer I had bought. The collection was easy and they assembled the machine for me.

I purchased a Husqvarna battery combi powerhead from WoP as it was competitively priced and was described as being in stock. Turned out I had to wait around a week for delivery as the item actually had to be ordered in from Husqvarna. Gemma from the customer service team was helpful and great to liaise with - a real asset to the company. The tool itself is great and I'd use World of Power again.

Staff are brilliant at World of power. Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

Visited to collect an online order. Item was brought out from the back very quickly and staff offered to assemble it for me.

I've used World of power several times now and have always found them great to deal with.

Everything was excellent.

Ordered off website only for them to contact me a few days later to say the item wasn't coming into stock for another few weeks . If it isn't in stock don't list it or say preorder.
