Ordered some jackets 3 weeks ago - no sign . Nobody responds to emails or tel calls. This company has had my money £400+ since 9th September but no goods - AVOID

Decent quality clothing at a reasonable price. This is a repeat order for new staff. The 3 year old polo shirts and soft shell fleeces worn by the other staff are still going strong!

I ordered and paid for some products - to then receive an email informing me of shipping etc.
To then receive an email saying the product I ordered doesn't come in the size (leg length) I required - why would you have the option to ORDER and then PAY for something they cannot fulfil?
Bad experience, won't use them again - took them 2 days to return my money - they were quick enough to take it however.....

I am very sorry to hear that we were not able to fulfill your order and a shipment email was sent in error.
I have looked into this and can see that an email was sent within the hour to advise that the first email had actually been sent in error.
With regards to the product availability we do have a note on the website to advise that this product is not available in certain sizes for certain colours. I do appreciate that although the note is there the site does still allow the product to be ordered this is due to the drop down function and will be something we will look at improving in the near future.

We endeavor to process refunds as soon as possible and the card payment companies also take time to process these payments back and I believe two days is a very reasonable timescale.
Once again we are sorry you were not a satisfied customer on this occasion.

I keep returning again and again to WorkWear House. Orders are always dealt with promptly, and delivered speedily. Personalisation service is fantastic. I now have three different designs made for me, and have never yet been disappointed with the standard of workmanship.

Thank you for your review, I have looked into this further to see where things could have been improved for you.
Unfortunately the returned item was only received back with us on Friday 24th August so we were unable to process any exchange until this time. Your return and exchange were then processed immediately but due to yesterday being a bank holiday this will cause a slight delay.
As discussed with Mrs Wilkins earlier today we are hoping to be able to despatch the replacement item to you today.
