Brought a 2mx2m pond and it arrived quite quickly, the quality is excellent and the instructions clear. 2 people put together in half a day and it is excellent. Would totally recommend.

Initially I completed the ‘bespoke’ form with my design and within 48 hours received detailed drawings and quote - this let me see that I may wish a few changes, so I then phoned and discussed these. All communication was excellent. We received our order very quickly, and although the idea of building it ourselves was a little daunting - we did not need to worry. Very clear instructions - step by step. Quite physical in our case as we needed to slightly flatten area first, but once the base layer was done it was fairly plain sailing and I am absolutely delighted with our new planter. Can’t recommend highly enough - thank you WoodBlocx

We wanted to enhance our garden with raised-bed planters, incorporation a simple seat as well. From start to delivery the WoodblocX experience has been excellent. We described and uploaded a sketch of what we wanted and received a 3-D depiction very quickly. We added a further planter to our requirements and received an updated picture. Once we committed to purchase we received colour-coded detailed building instructions. Although, because of age and health, we have a contractor doing our build for us, we could easily have followed these instructions ourselves, they are so clear. We were able to choose a delivery date to suit us and our contractor. The delivery arrived on the agreed date and the delivery driver was extremely helpful. I would thoroughly recommend the WoodblocX company to anyone.

I have for some time much admired the unique products produced by WoodblocX.
Recently ordered an Octagon’ designed planter and had a very positive experience from time of ordering through to a timeous delivery within a few days. A real quality product, which was easy to put together following on - line instructions and is now an eye catching feature in my front garden.

I found this company online while looking for ideas for a raised veg bed. It looked good so I placed my order and it was delivered on a pallet.
It was really easy to put together you get a tool for removing the plastic pegs should you put one in the wrong position (they unscrew). Once the capping is in place the whole thing goes rock solid really clever. Would and have recommended it to friends

Delivered promptly on a pallet. Solid but relatively easy to assemble. Likely to be long lasting. Convenient for an elderly gardener. I started with a large one and ended up with four more of different dimensions. They have revolutionised my gardening area. Expensive but the value is there.

Woodblocx provided all the instructions for my pond in a very clear format which was easy to follow. The delivery driver was great and helped by taking into garage as it was raining. The pond was easy to put together and seems very robust and well made. It took a few hours for me on my own but it was well worth the time and effort as it looks great now I've got my pond plants installed. I'd recommend to anyone wanting a rustic look in their garden.

Voor nu een slecht cijfer heb mijn opmaat vijver besteld staat er 25 september verder klikken en betaald te hebben staat een 29 september dan vraag ik waarneer ik nu te horen krijg waarneer de vijver komt heb maandag direct gebeld na 2 dagen nog geen antwoord toen maar gaan
Mailen maar heb tot op nu nog steeds geen duidelijk antwoord . Hoor je dat ligt aan het vervoersbedrijf . Het liefst na de revieuw te lezen en na moeilijk contact met duidelijk wil ik het liefst de boel annuleren daar ook nog geen antwoord op gehad . Heel jammer dit . Bestelling geannuleerd blijft onduidelijke leverdatum . In afwachten dat met 3 werkdagen dat mijn geld terug gestort zal worden . Ben benieuwd of ze wel aan die afspraak houden

A rough plan for raised beds [3] was sent to WoodBlocX and they did an excellent job quickly returning a detailed plan at a reasonable cost. Ordering was easy and delivery arrived promptly. Construction was simple following the detailed plan with no tools needed. The resulting construction was very pleasing of high quality. The various questions asked prior to ordering were always dealt with quickly, cheerfully, and at length.

Worked very well with me to get the design right. Delivery prompt and timely. Very easy to check blocks and building process from the instructions. Looks great.

La bâche associée n’est pas de bonne qualité ( présente des microfissures dans les plis) elle devrait être plus souple au regard des 6 angles à gérer
Donc déçue au regard du prix 1400 euros
Le concept est bon mais les bassins doivent rester des carrés ou rectangles classiques
Les instructions pour les bâches devraient être plus détaillées et précises

We bought seated raised bed from Woodblocx. Wanting to make the very most of our space we asked for assistance from their design team. This is a free service and designer Calum helped us plan creating our ideal design.
The blocks arrived quickly and we began to build our raised bed following the excellent easy to follow instructions.
Ours is a largish project that took us 2 days to assemble, then 2 builders sacks to backfill and a morning to plant up.

There was a small snag, a picking error where we had a 6 block over and a 3 block missing. A quick friendly call to Woodblocx and the correct block arrived the next day.
It’s all finished now, great to look at, comfortable to sit on and super solid. We love it.
