I have a 15 week Staffy little lady! We have had her for 5 weeks now and the food journey has been a bit emotional! Deciding to put her back on raw having felt overwhelmed to do it initially Megan in the customer service team has given us the reassurance to do it helping with many questions and responding quickly. I placed the order with a sigh of relief knowing I had made the right decision, Skye has had her first meal and my god did she enjoy it!!

Love the tubs the raw meat comes in making it easier and less mess when feeding the dogs. Great in keeping you updated with the progress and delivery.

I can't fault Wolftucker. Their food is of excellent quality, which my golden retrievers love. The delivery has always been prompt, and the communication good. There was only one occasion when the delivery driver left my order at the wrong address, but this was soon sorted.

Ordered half a dozen times now. LOVE the quality and the range. Suits my Bearded collies very well. Well packaged and efficient service. Can’t fault them. I’ve used lots of Raw food providers over the years as a dog professional and currently I’m in no hurry to change. Tripe is amazing quality. Thanks

Have been using Wolftucker for many years now and always give them five stars for everything - product, delivery, customer service etc.

Amanda, wad really helpful, considering I could not complete the order as there was a fault, only problem Dpd weren't helpful for delivery for when I requested for late morning/ lunchtime delivery.

This company used to be amazing but the quality of food has declined a lot in the past few months. It is dry now, it also contains more gristle than it used too. My dogs often refuse to eat it. I decided to cancel and went to cancel on my subscription page. I have been unable too because there is a glitch which means i cannot cancel. I contacted their customer service team who used to be amazing to cancel my order. I was told it was cancelled. It was not. I recieved a billing email. So I messaged again to cancel - including screenshots that I was unable to myself. Again, promised it would be cancelled and looked into. It wasn't. This morning I was charged and a new order sent out. I have tried calling but the line is busy. I am absolutely appalled and I need a refund immediately as I have ordered from a different company now. I do not need this food. What happened? I am so saddened by the rise of costs (which is understandable given the cost of living) but decrease in quality and customer service. I used to love this company. I'd attach my screenshots if TrustPilot had this feature. I have attached my order number. Let's see what they reply.

I’m new to feeding dogs a raw diet so had many questions to ask but I have found Wolftucker to be extremely helpful, thorough and very quick in their response to my multiple queries! Plus, my dogs clearly love their food so I would highly recommend them.

Ordering is easy, and delivery is in good time for a frozen product. Also when we had an issue a couple of months ago the company sorted it out for us.

Wolf tucker delivered on time. Subscription is good as you don't have to think about reordering.
Food comes in containers so easy to store in freezer .
My dog liked the food, did find some flavours a bit dry. Chicken is great .

Ordered on Friday received today 2 boxes of soft raw food what am I meant to do. Nobody answers the phone

Love the fact it is always easy to order, staff are friendly and helpful, you are given a time slot when your order will be delivered on the day and good packaging, Plus the dog loves the food and it always looks fresh with easy to store containers.
