Beautiful finished kitchen in Sofia Maritime Blue
The Showroom Kitchen Designer, Ben was both friendly and professional, while listening to what I wanted in my kitchen and went the extra mile to achieve it in my design. The process from design to finished kitchen was fully explained by my designer. Wickes's fitter, Jamie has installed my kitchen beautifully & was very prompt at sorting out any minor issues.

Wood cutting facility
Bought a sheet of 18mm MDF from the Southampton store at a very reasonable price and Nick very kindly cut it into 3 pieces using the in house cutting facility. Without this facility I would have had to have bought my wood from a competitor that does have it.

Helpful, knowledgeable staff
Not local to Southampton, but a regular WICKES customer elsewhere. Staff at this branch were particularly attentive and were actively helping customers in branch, which was great to see.
Charlette was at checkout and provided great knowledge, so I made a further purchase.
Charlette appeared really friendly and helpful in nature, not just to me but to those in the queue ahead of me, and her colleague on the other till- really appreciated!
