Didn't have a clue exactly what it was I needed but staff member was incredibly helpful in helping me get what I needed big thank you to simon who was extremely polite and helpful made my shopping trip 100% easier!

Lovely spacious store, but this review is a special shout out to Nick, who made what is normally a stressful experience trying to find a paint to use in our front room an easy one. Nick went above and beyond to recommend various colours, expertise on durable and washable paints, whilst also helping us find the best deal possible. Cracking guy!

I have not been into wicks for last 2 weeks today was my first day back to work. And we went to the Southampton store to get some materials.
And what I warm welcome we had JAN was back to work who alway give a hug and a kiss.

A huge thank you to Ben Coltman from Wickes Southampton. From our first initial appointment with Ben, he was nothing but helpful. He created a fantastic design for our new kitchen and offered great support when choosing the right appliances etc.
We now have our dream kitchen which Ben helped bring to life and any minor bumps along the way he was on hand to find a solution straight away. First class service and would 100% recommend him.

Great service!
Nick was able to supply 0.5 litres of paint to match some existing furniture at a cost of less than 50% of the price advised at the Dulux paint centre. Despite the machine being temporarily isolated, whilst some electrical work was being undertaken, he used a flying lead to fire it up. Recommended.

Great staff and customer care
On 05.10.2024 (Saturday morning) at approximately 10 am my son and I went shopping for a do-it-yourself project that my son was engaged in. We sought assistance from Nick in the wood cutting department. Nick was fantastic with helping us and giving assistance and advice. Thank you Nick. We also sought assistance from a young man who was working in the tile department. Unfortunately we did not get his name but he was great help with our paint and tile queries. Thank you. Overall our experience was very pleasant and we left with everything we needed.
