I found this company searching on Google about what can I do if I still didn't receive any answer from the Home Office after almost 1 year for my wife's EU settlement scheme family permit application. On their website I discovered that I can contact my MP, about pre-action protocol letter, judicial review etc, so I decided to make an appointment to see what happens. The booking system was very easy, as an existing client or as a new client, and you receive reminders on the phone, you can't miss it. I had doubts when I made this appointment because I never believed that a relation solicitor - client can have any results remotely, or a solicitor can be professional to take a case seriously on the phone, but I had nothing to lose after so many previous experiences with clowns-solicitors. I received the call exactly when was booked, and I was sure that will be a short discussion without any change to make a difference in my case. Despite my doubts, the discussion took more than 45min and he was exactly what I was looking for months, was visible that he knew everything and he had answers to all my queries. My relation with the solicitor continued exactly like I expected from a solicitor to be. I called my wife and I told her that finally I found the right solicitor, and if we don't get the visa with him who knows everything, we will never get it. What I appreciated the most is that he did things at the right time only, not in rush just to take your money, despite the pandemic situation. He accepted to go to Court only when was the right time to do this and win the case, his professional letters to the Home Office/Court confirm that you can't lose.
My wife received finally the visa and I know that nothing will be enough to say thank you Waleed Hassan !

Waleed previously advised me of my case when he was supervisor at a previous firm. He then left the firm, but he left a very good impression on me. Because of his approach my appeal was allowed at the time.
I needed to apply for further extension to my case, and I recall before Waleed mentioned to my caseworker about the ILR eligibility.
So I searched everywhere online for him, and finally found him and asked him about my application. It was amazing that after few years I last saw him, he remembered my case.
I asked him if I could get ILR, even though I had 6 months gaps, and many refusal decisions. He got my complete file from the Home Office and after reviewing it, he was confident that they Home Office made a mistake and really I was lawful.
Waleed made very strong representations highlighting my immigration history with supporting evidence and proof.
The Home Office considered my application, and sent Waleed an email that I was not eligible for ILR and that we should get visa under human rights. Mr Hassan immediately responded and put the Home Office caseworker that his decision was wrong and the legal representations were not followed. That if the Home office still maintained the ILR refusal then he would do a court challenge.
Few days later, the caseworker agreed and gave ILR!
By getting ILR, I have saved myself many years and thousands and thousands of pounds as I don’t need to make future applications.
He was caring and understanding with my situation and made me feel at ease.
Waleed has always been patience and listened to all my concerns, even if I did not understand, He was always willing to explains thing multiple times.

I was separated from my wife and son for more than 5 years because they are living in the UK while i was back in Nigeria. My partner’s Entry clearance application was sorted by Mr Waleed Hassan.
we didn’t know any of the rules or the process. We were completely new to this and didn’t know where to start or what option we had from applying inside UK or from applying outside of the UK.

My application was based on that I was living with my nan whom I treat as my own mother, and that I have no one in my home country. I did not meet any of the rules, apart from showing that there were ‘very significant obstacles’ problems if I lived abroad.

I made a fee waiver and human rights application for my children during the first lockdown of the pandemic. The outcome was very positive. The home office granted the application.

My spouse visa extension visa was granted under the 5-year route despite my partner having problems with the financial requirements.

I approached Mr Hassan of WH Solicitors as someone suggested to use him.

Covid caused us problems with the finance side and having recently having a child. We were really worried that the application will be refused or that I could be put on a 10 year spouse visa. This would have been unfair as the current covid climate is unprecedented.

Mr Hassan told us the risks but assured me that he will do his best to the get 5 year route while its not a guarantee. I liked his honesty and frankness.He was clear on what the requirements were documents needed  and what how to present the case as strong as possible.

I got a notification from the home office saying that I had overstayed and due to Covid19 it was almost impossible to get appointments or get through to anyone.

I was recommended Mr Hassan and contacted him and had a zoom meeting where is was clear in what I was facing. He was very professional and told me clearly what steps he would take with this notice of overstaying.

He outlined the plan and put the pros and cons to me and told me he felt positive that it would be a good outcome and like he said he got me my visas within a short time as I wanted to get to India for my daughters wedding and the situation with the visa was upsetting both sides of the family as we were not being able to plan anything.

Mr Hassan will act very fast as he does not look at the watch like most lawyers and will get your information to the home office in the late evenings so it hits the home office for the next morning, this I have not seen any lawyer do.
