This company offers and delivers a first class service. On the day that I phoned to report that my stereo amplifier needed a repair, they collected it later the same day. I got an estimate the next day and the total cost was well under what I was expecting. Parts had to be ordered, and a week later the amp was returned, fully restored. All round, a very positive experience. I strongly recomend.

I have just had my chromebook laptop returned by Daniel, door-to-door collection and return, and I am delighted!I had been struggling with an erratic keyboard response and the repair was speedy and cost effective.Not only has it had the keyboard replaced but also a thorough clean.It looks like new again,so a BIG thankyou to Whoops IT for an efficient response.I have used their services in the past and shall definitely use them in the future.

The service what Daniel provided was absolutely First Class , My sons step brothers iPhone broke first as he tried to repair it himself , as he could not fix it , he made a right mess of trying himself, this is when I did a google search and eventually came across Whoops it , At first I thought they just repaired phones ,so I called them and Daniel arranged for the phone to be picked up ,which he did and sorted the problem out and he got his phone delivered back to him a few days later at a very reasonable price fully working as before, next my sons mums Samsung s8 screen got banged and would not come back on , we got in touch with Daniel and because it had a curved screen it was a bit more expensive but she needed to keep the phone because it had loads of photos on which she had not backed up , Daniel repaired the phone and it’s working great, Then my tv packed up , it would not switch on and I looked on Daniels website and found out he repaired lots of electrical items so he came and collected the 43 inch tv and found out the LEDs were not working so he ordered parts and gave me a great repair price compared to sending the tv off for repair and I got it back and it’s better than ever. Since that he’s repaired my sons tv which packed up at a great reasonable price , and then to top things off , my sons little step brothers iPad screen was severely broke as he sat on it my mistake , Daniels repaired that and we got that back yesterday Saturday 23rd May, He came out even at 5.30 pm and delivered it. His service has been excellent and I would fully recommend Daniels WHOOPS IT to anyone who needs repairs , he will give a free quote for repair and is First Class . Thanks Daniel.

My experience with Daniel was nothing short of Excellent!

My phone required a new battery which Daniel had in stock and quoted me a fantastic price.

I opted for the collection and drop-off service as it was convenient for me.
When Daniel was carrying out the repair to my phone, he called me to inform me that the phone had some screws and some parts missing. Daniel very kindly repaired this at no extra cost! My phone is like new now!

He was very honest, reliable and went the extra mile!

I will no doubt be using his service again in the future and I would highly recommend WhoopsIT to all. :)

Know nothing about computers. Mine wasn't working. Thought I needed a new one so took it into the guys at Whoops IT for an opinion. They explained what was wrong, what needed doing and my options. They really know what they are doing and go the extra mile to to talk to you and keep you informed so that you know what is happening. FABULOUS, expert service. My motorhome 12volt control panel had "bulb gone" selling dealer wanted to order new panel 180 pounds plus postage plus vat. Panel removed by me. Left with these guys, price as agreed. "We changed the row of leds so they look the same"..."Please let us know if any other issues?" It worked first time and looks great. Thanks Guys

Had my TomTom repaired as something was wrong with the screen. It came from my . Toyota Aygo. The Toyota garage couldn't solve the problem and said the only alternative would be to buy another one for around £400 if I wanted another one. These guys managed to fix the screen problem very reasonably and in the same day saving me a fortune on new price. Would highly recommend.

Excellent service again by whoops it I've now had my tv and daughters tablet repaired at this shop and received a first class service both times. I would highly recommend this shop and they are also reasonable with their prices too

Top quality service. Premises were clean and run very professionally. Able to unload a large and heavy TV directly to the front door (after 4pm due to traffic restrictions) where help was given to unload.

Having worked for years in the IT industry, I was impressed by the electronics knowledge and obviously keen interest in keeping costs down. Repairs carried out to circuits rather than expensive board-replacements. I was also offered two alternatives - to wait over four weeks for a cheaper part from overseas or accept a small increase in estimated costs in order to get a replacement from within the UK. I chose the latter but the repair was still over £100 less than I had originally expected, based on an approved repairer's estimate.

I am so impressed that I have already taken in an additional peice of equipment for repair and WhoopsIT will definitely be my repairer of choice in the future.

And finally, no, I am not a friend or relative, this IS a genuine review.
