It is so unusual to find such friendly and professional service. After going to other places I almost gave up on getting my Dell monitor fixed and was about to spend hundreds on a new one. I hate condemning used devices and appliances etc. to landfill. At the same time I struggle to find relevant trustworthy support. Too many cowboys!
I thought I would try one last time with Whoops IT. I love the fact that, unlike others I approached, Daniel offered to assess the problem at no charge and was realistically positive. Then he fixed it and the charge was very reasonable. He appears to be an expert and is ready to explain matters and give advice. My brother says he will use Whoops IT if necessary-and he lives in North London!

We received a personal recommendation from a friend regarding this company in Mansfield after we initially had problems with an Iphone 8 battery regularly going flat just out of its warranty period. We took it back to the mobile phone company who could find no fault and also to an iphone store who likewise could not find a fault. Daniel of Whoopsit UK had it for about 2 hours for testing and found the battery was faulty. The price for a new battery was very fair and 18 months later the phone is still 100%. Additionally he has spent time tracing and finding a connection fault for our TV in a new house environment as well as sorting out numerous online niggles on the main frame computer, removing malaware and other issues. He feels like a trusted friend whose main aim is to resolve a problem rather than chasing money. We continually share his details with friends and family alike. Daniel is absolutely the genuine article!

I had two iPads that the kids used to use and both needed replacement screens before looking to sell on. They advised me on not replacing one screen as not economically worth it. Very prompt and courteous service - would definitely use again.

My HP laptop needed some much needed tlc the undercase had worn that made the laptop run hotter then normal.The hinge on one side had shattered causing one half of the screen to come away….Whoops IT had been recommended by a friend.What amazing chap Daniel is! I was given a quote in less then a couple of hours…and less then two days to be repaired.My Laptop is like new with a full clean out,and thermal paste put on the processor it runs like a dream…so brilliant service,excellent value for money and second to none helpful,friendly customer service.I will be definitely using WhoopsIT for all my future tech services and repairs….Keep up the great work you do Daniel.

Outstanding service! Repaired my switch lite - toggle button. It would not sprint on minecraft .... £25!!!!!! Cheapest price in the country! Welcoming service - could not recommend enough however ....

During repair - the switch failed to turn back on (unfortunately these matter can occurre) but the repair guy could not apologise enough and replaced the devices mother board FREE OF CHARGE! Saying that, that wasn't the issue when it came in so he will repair it for free!

Polite, friendly atmosphere - can understand why this company is 5 star - no where else to go for any mobile, console, TV or phone repair!!!!!!@@@

Went there with a Thermal throttling GPU had it cleaned and new thermal paste applied now my 7yr old GPU is working like new. All done for a very reasonable price. Would recommend. Also the guy is very friendly.

I originally called in to see about sorting an old laptop. Had a problem with a password and Daniel managed to help me sort it.
I purchased a new laptop (my old one was well past its sell by date!) and went back on a day agreed and had all relevant information transferred over for a very reasonable price. Daniel also gave me advice on what i needed to look for in my new computer which was greatly appreciated.
I mentioned my phone was running out of charge quickly and Daniel did a health check on my phone. I asked how much a new battery would be and was pleasantly surprised at the cost. It was all done very quickly.
Would highly recommend Whoops IT for their help and friendliness. Their charges are extremely reasonable.

iPhone battery replacement - I called and Daniel answered my question and I agreed to visit the following day, he remembered my call and dealt with the replacement battery swiftly and in a polite and professional manner. I would recommend and will use again.

My mobile phone would not charge so I could not open the phone to get the numbers I required to make some important calls, called in at Whoops It hoping they could help, the response I got was amazing they found the fault in minutes told me they had the part required in stock at a very reasonable price. Also I could have the phone repaired within the hour. This is the second time I have used Whoops It & been extremely satisfied both times. Thanks & well done.
