Recently purchased a White Knight C86A7W Tumble Dryer. Very competitive price, good communication and delivered on schedule. Smooth process, I can thoroughly can recommend.

I placed my order for a new Hotpoint washing machine before 12 noon and I had it in my home by 12 noon the next day- incredibly!

Currys and others, display in their stores and advertise online, items that they are not able to supply but you don't know this until the final part of the buying process. Then you find that delivery cannot commence for weeks until stocks are replenished.
White box did not do this, in my case. They advertised my item, then shipment started next day.
I could have saved a lot of time if I had looked at white box in the first place.

We ordered an upright fridge, after investigating which one suited us and bought from White Box. The service and delivery was excellent. We arranged a date for delivery and we were contacted when it would arrive by the van driver. I could not fault this buy and would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Rip off rude coustemer repsintives. The lady who dealt with me was so rude and I'm still in shock.

Very happy with the price and product. However, had I known that they would not meet their claimed delivery time I would have gone elsewere. The original estimate given was just a few days. An email received the day after ordering extended this to considerably longer. We had ordered the item because we knew someone would be present at home during the school holidays to accept the delivery. When the delivery date was extended again it still fell within the holidays (just) so although they said we could cancel if we wished we chose not to as it was too late to order from anywhere else. Come the morning of the amended delivery date we had still not heard anything and on contacting them they more or less admitted they had forgotten about us! To be fair, the person dealing with the matter was very helpful and did everything to ensure we then got the item as quickly as possible but we still had to arrange for someone else to accept delivery on our behalf. I would shop with Whitebox again, but only if I received their guarantee that the item I was buying was available.

We compared amongst the largest competitors and Whitebox won on price and customer service. Worth checking them out!

I wasn't sure about ordering from Whitebox as if never heard of them before, but their website checked out and SSL certificates were registered correctly, so gave them a shot.

Their price was the best around for the Dryer I wanted, and the ordering process was simple and easy. I was told delivery would be 3-5 working days, so was surprised when it turned up in two.

This point, however, is where I have dropped a star, as communication about delivery was not good. It was lucky I was home at the time, as if planned to go out that morning. That being said I believe delivery communication is to be handled by the delivery carrier, which is organised by the manufacturer - perhaps something to look into.

Overall I would recommend and would buy again if looking for a washing machine if our current one dies.
