The price for the cooker and connection was very competative. When the engineer arrived to disconnect the old cooker he discovered a problem with the gas connection so he couldn't continue. Kelly at Whitebox immediately concelled the delivery and rescheduled for another date. I could not recommend this company highly enough.

Ordered an integrated dishwasher, chose day of delivery, day before delivery I did not receive text or email giving me a 3 hour delivery slot as promised, called whitebox who apologised and quickly called me back with my time slot, dishwasher arrived within the time slot, would buy from this company again 👍🏼

Delivered when they said they would, collected when they said they would. Contact with me first class would have no hesitation in using this excellent first class company again and will be strongly recommending others to use it.

Although the machine is a bit noisy It all seems to be well, only time will tell.

Good price and good quick service from Whitebox. Delivery could have been better - we were only given a "between 8.30 a.m. and 6.00 p.m." time slot, which is poor by modern standards, but as the dryer was delivered direct from White Knight, this was down to them, not the fault of Whitebox.

Whitebox was the best price on a comparison site for a Hotpoint dishwasher I wanted, plus free delivery. I had to wait 10 days as Indesit / Hotpoint were out of stock. But customer service at Whitebox informed me immediately by email and gave me the option of cancelling if I didn't want to wait. I received courteous email replies whenever I contacted Whitebox and Indesit eventually delivered, using phone and text to arrange the delivery slot. Altogether a positive experience which would encourage me to use Whitebox again.

Hadn't heard of Whitebox before, but found them when I was looking for a specific washer/dryer. Ended up buying the washer/dryer and a fridge/freezer. The prices were the best I found online, the ordering process was straightforward and delivery was no hassle. I'll definitely be buying from Whitebox again

Excellent service

I was looking for a new fridge-freezer and was trawling through various sites. I stumbled across Whitebox and it had the model I was looking for. The item was cheaper and they would take my old one for free (most charged at least £10), free delivery and £1 connection charge. All in all a saving of about £50. Also I will be getting cashback which is another £7.50.
The goods arrived in a few days, the carriers were great as we had a few problems (the old one had to go out the back, through next doors garden then out through the gate, plus the doors had to be removed) but there was no fuss and all rubbish was removed by them. Could not fault anything.
Well worth looking at.

My dishwasher arrived on time and was a good price. It was replacing another machine that was still installed so I did not need free removal. I have since sold the old one for parts.
