Thank you for your feedback, and please accept our sincere apologies for the delay and inconvenience caused.
As explained in our email communication, due to the size of the products, we were required to ship the order in separate boxes. Unfortunately, on this occasion, one of the boxes was delivered ahead of the other two.
The delay was further compounded by the fact that the first box was delivered on Friday, while the remaining two were sent using a standard FedEx service and were therefore delivered on the following Monday.
We completely appreciate how frustrating it must have been to receive the order in separate deliveries, and we are sorry for the inconvenience this caused. We are, however, pleased to hear that the products themselves arrived safely and that you found our communication satisfactory.
Once again, please accept our apologies for the inconvenience.

Camera came looking significantly more…
Camera came looking significantly more damaged then the photos, go be honest the photos were not my camera….ordered 2 days before I leave to travel for a few months (that’s what I needed it for) it arrived I put it straight in my bag and left and told myself I’d set it up on the plane . we’ve been ordering from we’d as a family for years so saw no issue, upon opening it I can’t quite believe how damaged it is!! The box isn’t damaged whatsoever so it was packed like this….a better quality camera is £250 on eBay with less scratches! Camera does work with lenses scratches but I feel like I’ve been scammed in a way…it was named a 9- grade which as stating to the website means (up to 6 scratches or blemishes) this camera looks like it been thrown lense first off a cliff…. After the service I’ve received (barely any help) this is my last result after opening a PayPal claim,
Very upsetting as I never treat myself and the one time I do this is what happens:( feel so vulnerable and helpless now I’m away😣 the whole things physically made me cry:( I’m just getting nowhere :(

Fantastic service and excellent price, went for the standard free delivery of 2 to 3 working days, lens ordered midday on the 02/09 and the lens arrived before midday on the 03/09, I`ve used WEX a few times over the years and can thoroughly recommend them for their excellent pricing and fantastic service.

Excellent quality and very useful. I would definitely recommend it.
I know this microfiber cloth is designed for cameras, but I use it for my glasses and it works amazingly well. It cleans my lenses beautifully and leaves them crystal clear with no smudges. I’m really happy with it!

5* Company - Can't fault at all!
Really well set out website, easy to compare products on, great range of products in stock, easy to place orders through the website, products are dispatched very quickly, and are packaged very well to avoid damage in transit.
Pricing is very competitive - I haven't seen any of the products I have ever purchased from Wex cheaper anywhere else since.
Yet again very happy with my purchase, and will continue doing business with them.
This is my second order with these guys, and yet again, can't fault them at all - 5*!

Trade in better than expected
I traded in a lens at WEX, their valuation was slightly higher than I had expected based on condition and their guidelines. Communication was excellent, the credit reached my account immediately. All-in-all, a great experience.

Would have been happier with free returns
The communication was great and the price decent; the product was dispatched and received on time; the only gripe I had was with the lens quality (second hand Tokina UWA lens) as I was not very happy with photos. I have more than decent understanding of photography and thus could review the photo quality from the Tokina lens and I was not impressed. I had to return the lens on my own cost which was more than 12% of the price of the lens. I would have been pleased with a free return. This shop only offers free returns for “faulty” products and they deemed that the lens was not faulty. I guess what you get from this shop could be a hit/miss.
