The lady dentist who treated me was really lovely, a really nice manner and she put me at ease for each appointment. I have had some new teeth and they are extremely well fitting because the lady took great care to ensure they would be. The receptionist lady was extremely friendly and helpful as well as the dental nurses. Would highly recommend.

Staff kept you informed of what was going on all the way.

I've been very relaxed having to go to the dentist as I'm very nervous and now I have my new topset of teeth that fit perfectly I'm so very pleased and would recommend the dentist

Very much put at ease but they were all very professional. I am not good with going to the dentist but there I was ok. Would recommend west end to anyone.

The staff were so helful as I am disabled and find it difficult walking everyone where very kind. I was seen very quickly, and definately reccomend Prestatyn Practice

A Fair bit of drilling for me ..but not one twinge of nerve pain...very friendly as I was being treated ...never felt frightened or anxious...and my tooth is restored too..feels good to have good teeth

Aavan was exceptional in her treatment of me as a person and the care of my teeth,explaining the procedure as she went along. Her dedication in her dentistry didn't go unnoticed.

Had my second visit yesterday to the Prestatyn Branch . Met with a friendly member of staff on reception desk . My time slot was on time , and my Dentist Mr Herd came to say Hello. I was immediately put at ease, and Mr Herd explained my treatment in a calm manner which immediately made me relax . I felt pain free during the procedure and afterwards. Couple of painkiller tablets before bed and have woken up today with no pain and mouth feeling comfortable.

Started my dental and cosmetic journey a few weeks back.after having a real phobia of the dentist since I was a young child I have avoided dentists for a long time and neglected my teeth.
From the moment I walked through the door at west dental I felt comfortable and with a very warm welcome I felt at ease instantly.
The staff are brilliant with you and every visit has been brilliant…couldn’t recommend these guys more.

Relaxed atmosphere and very professional approach to my dentistry going forward.
