After receiving my repeat prescription via electronic means from Fforestfach medical centre on Tuesday the 20/10/2026 the Well pharmacy next door hadn’t processed it till the Friday 23/10/2026, instead now of my medication taking 3 days it’s now gone to 6 days, this is totally unacceptable and I would like to know how on earth this new way of doing things benefits the patient

Turned up for a Covid vaccine today
Turned up for a Covid vaccine today, 27th Oct. Had an email reminder the day before to prompt me to turn up on time, which I duly did (5 minutes early) only to be told they had no supplies of the vaccine. Tried to blame the NHS & said I should have received a cancellation message, which I didn't (just the reminder to attend). Said I should just re-book! No thanks, will use Boots which I should have done to start with.

My experience is rubbish
My experience is rubbish, delivery apparently 22nd October. No delivery found, nothing with the neighbours and nothing in the safe place. (Even though it clearly states, not to be left in a safe place)
This is strong medication that may have been delivered to the wrong address! We were at home this day, yet it appears to be my responsibility to find out where it is! No card through the door, sat in a queue for royal mail, 36 minute waiting time! I have left this in the hands of Wells who administered the medication.
Contacted Wells 5 days ago at least, still waiting for their investigation to my missing medication they said they would look into. Disappointing and still no pain relief
