my gp issued prescription 21st febuary, pharmacy says they received it 22nd february. today is 4th march and i ust phoned to be told they would deliver wednesday. why wednesday they couldn't explain so now i am to receive it tomorrow, tuesday.this pharmacy is a disgrace and has been for quite a while (at least 3 years) complaining to head office changes nothiing and i mean nothing. so, a challenge senior management of well pharmarcy please explain why your service is so bad please.

Disgraceful service
I don’t know what has happened to this Pharmacy but it has gone downhill. It used to be so good not anymore. My husband and I get repeat prescriptions every month, ordered together. Yesterday mine got done ( ping at 11am ) not my husbands. Went round to collect about 2pm. Still only mine told it would be Monday afternoon for his. This was Friday. I explained that we were short on one of his medications so reluctantly told to wait for another ping later. It never came. What a disgrace.
