M Y friend asked me to go with her to WED4 less for her to get a “Mother of the Bride” outfit as she was unsure about going alone.
The first thing we noticed was the beautifully dressed window .
The next was the lovely friendly greeting we had at the door this made us feel so welcome.
They couldn’t do enough to help us and my friend felt amazing .
We will definitely be recommending Wed4less to all our friends.

From the moment I walked into the shop I was made to feel welcome. Angie was so helpful when I needed help choosing my bridal dress.
I was never made to feel shame or embarrassment due to being a bigger lady, unlike my previous experience with another bridal shop. There was a large selection of dresses and sizes for me to choose from. I would highly recommend Wed4less in newcastle

After looking through the fantastic range of bridal dresses…with the help of Angie in the Newcastle shop I finally found my dream dress. She made me feel so comfortable and nothing was too much trouble and all the staff were great. I got to wear my dress last month. I felt beautiful and to see my husband mouth the words WOW as I walked towards him meant the world to me 🥰 Would highly recommend this store x

I’ve officially said YES to the dress (and no, I didn’t ugly cry… much 😂) all thanks to the lovely Angie!

I went in with a vague idea for our destination wedding — lightweight was non-negotiable because sweating my way down the aisle wasn’t part of the vision. Angie pulled out a few options and honestly… by dress two (maybe three), it was game over. I knew. My sister knew. There were tears. It was a whole moment.

I did the polite thing and tried a couple more on, but let’s be real — my mind was already made up.

Angie was an absolute gem — patient, friendly, and clearly knew what she was doing when she pulled the one out so quickly.

5 stars all round. 10/10 would recommend. Someone get that woman a raise — and thank you so much!!

I would have given Wed4Less 2 stars had it not been for the wonderful Michaela at the Newcastle store.

I first visited the Stockport branch back in March. Before my appointment, I asked if it would be possible to have my dress delivered to the Newcastle store, as I only chose Stockport so my mum could be with me when picking my dress. During my visit, I was assisted by a lovely lady called Carol. I found my dress and paid in full on the day.

I also paid an additional £50 for a “rush order fee,” despite the manager, Debbie, advising that it wouldn’t be necessary as there was plenty of time. I was told my dress would arrive within 16 weeks.

After 16 weeks passed, there was no sign of my dress and no communication or updates. I called the Stockport branch and was told it would be arriving soon, but they couldn’t even confirm whether it was being delivered to Stockport or Newcastle. I waited another week and called again, speaking to Carol, who mentioned they were expecting a delivery that day and would check for my dress.

A few hours later, I received a call from Debbie, the manager, who simply told me it hadn’t arrived and that she didn’t know where it was or which store it was going to. She came across as completely uninterested. Honestly, if I hadn’t already paid in full, I would have cancelled my order and gone elsewhere.

At this point, I was extremely stressed — my wedding is only 8 weeks away, and I still needed time for alterations. I decided to take matters into my own hands and contacted the Newcastle store directly.

From my very first conversation with Michaela, I felt reassured. She was proactive, empathetic, and genuinely cared about helping me. She made several calls to track down my dress, and just two days later, she called with the news I had been hoping and praying for — my dress had arrived at the Newcastle store.

Michaela, from the bottom of my heart, thank you for your patience, kindness, and for going above and beyond to help me during such a stressful time. You truly made all the difference to my experience.

Both staff members were really friendly, helpful & knowledgeable about their stock. Angie, who helped us the most, was very welcoming and didn't mind us trying on different sizes / colours of dresses until we found the perfect ones! We'd definitely recommend WED4LESS if you're looking for bridesmaid dresses - they have so much choice and it was a lovely shopping experience.

Wow …. Attended the store today in Newcastle today to look for a dress for our vow renewal ,we were greated by Michela who from onset from entering the store was just amazing, we found her extremely pleasant helpful and nothing was a trouble . She listened to what I thought I wanted but I was always open to suggestions … tried several dresses on and she came out the bag with the one …. Just wow she choose the perfect style for me and I said yes to the dress 👗 she was just perfect in every way . Can’t wait to collect the dress when it arrives in store .

My wedding is in 4 weeks, I paid fast-track fees, and the West Bromwich store cannot tell me where my dresses are. Only answer I got was ‘I’ll have to contact head office’. I have submitted 2 on line forms. Sent an email the weekend so hopefully it gets resolved. I will be down to 3 weeks if they arrive this week. I left messages with the store on 2 occasions no call back. They answered the phone Saturday morning finally. I am so stressed.
* update manager of store has located 3 dresses and is now chasing customer service for the fourth. I will not collect any dresses. If the 4th dress has not arrived by Thursday this week I will cancel the full order and claim back through my bank under the consumer rights act 2015. The other dresses are of no use to me as I will not be able to match the colour buying else where.
The branch manager (who is new) has been great. Still no reply from customer services so tomorrow will be the official email stating breach of contract and actioning my consumer rights (update 06.06.26)

We had a wonderful experience at Prom4less when choosing my daughter’s prom dress. From the moment we arrived, Selina was absolutely fantastic. She was kind, helpful and honest throughout the entire appointment, making what could have been a stressful experience feel relaxed and enjoyable.
Selina took the time to listen, offered thoughtful advice and helped my daughter find a dress that she felt truly confident and comfortable in. Her warm and friendly manner immediately put my daughter at ease, and she made her feel special without ever being pushy.
The service we received was exceptional, and it was clear that Selina genuinely cared about helping my daughter find the perfect dress. We left feeling delighted with our choice and grateful for such a positive experience.

I went to try on dresses at WED4LESS WEST BROMWICH last Saturday never tried on a wedding dress before and I don't have a lot of time before I get married. Dawn who looked after me was amazing. She gave me lots of advice I didn't really know what I wanted, she made my experience alot better. I found my dress o would definitely reccomend.

My fiancè found out we were expecting after her initial fitting. Since, she has been for her final fitting and collection and the service has been superb. Any worries and stress have been eradicated (Michaela in particular) has been second to none. Could not thank and recommend them enough. Amazing service.

I visited the rotherham branch my bridal party all chose a dress under strict instructions A line with sleeves and lace they followed through but i noticed a dress on a mannequin and i knew that was the dress i tried it on and instantly fell in love with it amazingly priced and a dress thats out of this world...i got allocated a lady called angela/angie and well what can i say wonderful woman heart of a saint and patience of a god i cried i went mardy and i thought about giving up i was torn between 2 dresses that i wished could be put into one but i knew this dress was for me from the moment i put it on 😍 thank you so much angie for being so patient and compassionate you truly are a wonderful lady you told me when something didnt look rite you was a huge part in me choosing my final dress and i cant thank you enough my hubby to be is going to love it 🫶 ladies if you want the perfect dress wed4less is your place to be amazing staff very polite and they know what they are doing 🫶🫶 thank you beautiful ladies youv absolutely made my dreams come true 🫶🫶🩷

I arrived at the West Brom store with the expectation of buying 2 junior bridesmaid dresses, however. The colours couldn’t be matched to my maid of honor dress purchased from a different store. Hollie did everything she could to see if they could find a match and couldn’t. Queue my first meltdown as a bride! Hollie then had to help us find two junior dresses AND a new maid of honor dress. She was so lovely throughout the process & couldn’t be more helpful with advice and honest feedback. Truly grateful for a lovely experience that could have so easily gone very much the other way with my stress levels! We look forward to collecting our dresses soon x

I found my dream dress today with the help of the wonderful dawn, I already gave her a challenge with a short deadline but she exceeded any expectations I had. I was worried I wouldn’t have the bridal but oh my goodness she chose the most beautiful gown ever. I have never put in something that I felt was “me” and I I have truly never felt more beautiful.
