Michela made the experience amazing she was very helpful and supported me with everything I needed. I was really anxious going here being plus size but they have plenty sizes and all different choices usually plus size dresses aren’t as pretty as smaller size but they have loads of beautiful dresses! I also wasn’t singled out or treat based on the fact I was bigger she was inclusive and just treat me like a normal person. I had such a great experience! Thank you so much for helping me choose my dress! Highly recommend!

Had a great experience finding and buying my dress at wed4less. The whole process was straight forward and a very positive experience. I arrived with no appointment and was able to try on debatable dresses, my filter Paris was so lovely and made me feel so at ease. She was very polite and helpful and very patient. I came back a second time , again with no appointment and was able to find my perfect dress thanks to her help and take it away with me the same day. The dresses are excellent prices and fantastic quality, highly recommend this place.

I visited the Burton store this week with high hopes. I feel that the ethics of this company are all wrong - i was greeted with a smile, given guidance on what sizing to go for and how to select what I wanted to try on and I entered the changing room full of expectation. So far, so good.:.:Imagine then, being met by a sign that says if you don’t intend to buy anything or are just “trying to get an idea of style” (isn’t this the whole point of trying on dresses?) then you shouldn’t try on more than 3 dresses.
This made me then feel that after 3 dresses if I tried on any more I was commiting to
Buying; which as the first shop I had been to, i wasn’t willing to do so I left.
As a sales manager myself, I have to say it’s such a shame that you don’t just have the faith in your sales staff to deliver such a brilliant journey that people want to buy from you without the passive aggressive notices on the wall. I sell beds - should I put a sign up saying don’t try more than 3 mattresses unless you’re going to buy one? Absolutely not - I let people try as many as they want and deliver the best service I can in the hope that they will buy.
It was also a little disappointing to have been told that I could add sleeves to any dress but then my friend had to go and search the shop for something to put on my arms to try and mimic the look.
In total contrast, I went to a different retailer who couldn’t do enough for me. Let me try on every dress I wanted, ran around after me, brought me drinks (and sleeves) and ultimately gained over £1000 of my money.
Drop the high pressure sales tactics, trust your sales team, have less aggressive signs on the walls and I can guarantee your turnover will increase. People buy from people and this experience fell very short.
I fully expect a response trying to justify the signs along the lines of “it’s unfortunate but necessary because…” but maybe just take the advice as constructive feedback and make some changes.

I said yes to my dress at wed4less Rotherham.
Can not fault any of the staff , they were all fantastic. Especially Katie who has been so kind and patient with me . I now have my dress my 4 bridesmaids dresses and mother of the groom dress all sorted thanks to Katie.

Deposit for dress paid on 18th May, 10th july they couldnt supply the dress, wedding was on 24th July, and would also have to of been altered by a seamstress.
We were apologised too, with £50 paid to bride as a gesture of good will, told £350 Deposit would be returned on recipient of an email promising not to give a bad review.
The bride did this, and we are now 3rd Sept, told several times money has been paid into my back into account... well no it hasn't!
25th July, charge back started with bank, wish I could add photos as I have screen shots of ALL emails stating the above..
I wouldn't recommend WED4LESS to my worse enemy... stay away for a stress free wedding.

Michela in the Newcastle store was absolutely outstanding. Nothing was a hassle. She made some amazing suggestions dresses wise and even helped me pick out the perfect veil too. Over the moon with the service. She was fantastic. No high pressure sales pitch either!

I went in so nervous and not know what to expect! And I can honestly say they blew me away! They are so welcoming and calmed me down! Julie was amazing! She was so accommodating! She made me feel so comfortable! And with her help and knowledge I found my dress and I couldn’t thank her enough! She made not only me feel comfortable but my family too! Amazing service! I would 100% recommend!

We came to try bridesmaid dresses on just to look.

Angela knew exactly what the girls would look good in and worked her magic to make them feel special . She was fantastic , supportive and not pushy .

I also then tried a wedding dress on even though I have one already and this convinced me to review mine and will be buying this one

Thank you Angela for helping us to make my day special but more importantly for the girls to feel comfortable and beautiful .

Recently been to get my dress 👗 didn't think I would be able to walk out with one today, but I did! I am super happy with my dress and the service provided by Renee, having the dress now has made it feel even more real, only 6 weeks until my big day. Thank you so much 💓

Had a fab time today finding my wedding dress, I was looked after by Renee who was really helpful listened to what I liked and didnt like communicated brilliantly and had a laugh too while remaining professional I come away having a great experience and a dress too

Thank you to Angie for helping my granddaughter feel welcomed and calm during an experience she finds stressful. She loved how helpful Angie was without being pushy, she understood her needs and we said yes to the dress! Nothing was too much trouble.

The colours for bridesmaid dresses in the shop and there colour coding system do not match , after complaining twice ive had to re-purchase some items . I ordered Teal they made my dresses bottle green. Would not recommend if your heart is set on a colour you actually choose in the shop

Went to the West Bromich store today and a lovely lady Adele took my details I chose a lot of dresses, but she made me feel calm and relaxed and I found my dress. can't thank her enough can't wait to collect it.

Found my perfect wedding dress at wed 4 less frim the minute i walked in i was made to feel very welcome .nothing was too much trouble my lovely assistant Julie was very helpful .she made sure i loved my dress.

I paid additionally for rush delivery. It didn't come on time after numerous calls to the Stockport store it was eventually couriered for me to collect.
When I challenged the additional charge in store I was told I would have to dispute with head office to which their reply was in summary "you got it before your wedding but past the date agreed so you aren't getting the refund."
I've now disputed it through my bank and the staff in the Stockport store have uploaded documents to my bank which they have amended AFTER I HAVE SIGNED and PAID IN FULL once a dispute was raised which is very disappointing, unprofessional and dishonest.
DO NOT USE WED4LESS!

Being an older, plus size first time bride I was feeling apprehensive when I arrived at the Wed4Less outlet in Rotherham. But what a fantastic experience I had. Nothing was too much trouble for the ladies in store especially Angie who looked after me. Angie you were amazing with me 🥰. And when I was discussing the dress I've always dreamed of, one of the ladies heard me and as if by magic the dress appeared. I can't thank you all enough.

After visiting the west brom store and not having the 'perfect' experience id hoped for the store manager reached out to me to try and put things right. She was so lovely about it and really made me feel at ease I really appreciate everything she did for me and it was really kind of her to go the extra mile and shows how professional she is. Very grateful, thank you.

Angie was so friendly and helpful when we came to try prom dresses. Made my daughter feel at ease as she was nervous.
