These guys are always on the ball, prompt to fix any issues I may have and polite and courteous to boot. Sammy M was quick to respond to my initial support request and had everything sorted to my complete satisfaction in less than 30 minutes from opening the ticket and within a total of 90 minutes from me submitting the ticket.

Email forwarding issues
I had been experiencing an issue with email forwarding, where messages from certain organisations were being forwarded correctly but others weren’t. After speaking with several support colleagues over the course of a week without getting the problem resolved, I was put in touch with Kian K.
Kian was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She quickly diagnosed the problem, resolved it, and importantly took the time to explain what had happened and how it had been fixed within my account.

I've been using this company for a few years now and I only ever contact them when I have an issue (which has happened a few times as I keep running out of space)
Taposh not only sorted this issue for me, but also took the time to guide me to the server management bit so that I could delete old back ups myself
I gave this review 4 stars because I couldn't find/access the live chat and so had to raise a ticket and wait for a response. If I could have found / used the live chat, I would have given 5 stars
