Had an ftp issue - the "fix" has caused one of my sites to be unavailable. Twice I've been told it has been fixed. It isn't. Site has been down for over 12 hours now... Can't get any response other than, it is important to us, we will be in touch.
Live chat techs are inadequately trained, and very slow. Use someone else, if it's a business site you go bust before they sort anything.

Was suffering with cyber attacks. Webhosting helped me reconfigure under Cloudflare and then ensure all functionality was still available for site access, ftp and email. Coudn't have been smoother.

The simple difference between WHUK and other hosting companies I am involved with is the fact that Matthew could have said "Oh no, sorry, you will have to raise a ticket for that", he didn't, essentially he said "it may take a few minutes but I will get the details you need".
