WASTE OF MONEY!
The biggest issue is the battery – it barely holds a charge anymore and takes ages to recharge fully. Even after leaving it on charge for days, it doesn’t last long enough for regular use, which defeats the point of a cordless device.
On top of that, the reservoir has started leaking, making it messy and inconvenient. From what I’ve found, leaks like this can happen due to worn seals or poor fit, which seems like a design weakness rather than normal wear and tear.
Overall, it feels unreliable and not built to last. For the price, I expected much better performance and durability.

I tried this and the flosser got even worse!! - less water was coming out of the flosser. The person that dealt with me was called Tyler. He was dismissive and didn't believe the flosser was faulty. Avoid buying.

I purchased a new Waterpik Advanced…
I purchased a new Waterpik Advanced flosser direct from the company to replace an old cordless plus. It broke down after less than THREE WEEKS use! A complete waste of money! And the advanced one is not cheap! Just purchase a different brand - the Phillips is a better option! OK, having complained to customer care they agreed to send a new flosser which arrived today. I have increased my rating from * to ***. It took them about a week to sort out which is very reasonable. If the "new" advanced flosser works properly I shall submit a new review in a few months time. All I can say is the Philips flosser we also have in this household is working very efficiently! hopefully the Waterpik will match or be better.

Appalling customer service
Appalling customer service. I have been emailing them since October to say that two Waterpiks have failed now, after 9 months max each time. We go round in circles and get nowhere. Don't buy one from Waterpik, there are other companies.

Water pik failed sent 2 warrently reports about it and also phoned twice previously. Did try what they suggested but have had no answer from the warrently reports Urrr!
Good product backed by great customer service
I've had three or four Waterpik units over the years and generally they've been problem free bearing in mind they are used by two of us at least twice a day every day of the year (so upwards of 1500 uses each year). After nearly a year the most recent one began to leak from the valve in the bottom of the reservoir. I contacted customer services and had a quick reply from Tyler to say they were out of stock of that part at the moment but were expecting more in a couple of weeks. I received them in the post today, within those two weeks. Tyler kept me informed throughout. Considering the price of the units I feel there is nothing wrong with the quality of the product and importantly my dentist tells me he can see the difference between clients that use a waterpik and those that don't - he recommends a waterpik followed by brushing with an electric toothbrush - and the customer service I've received from the company has been excellent. Thank you.

Great customer service from Milly and Tyler. Had a unit that malfunctioned, which is always possible when mixing electrics with water but they resolved it swiftly and without any hassle.
Bad customer service
Phoned customer services after my cordless flosser stopped charging, was told had to go on a different site ,and send an email and say what was wrong with it, whats wrong with customer services doing it for me, will never use this company again, absolute rubbish customer services

I bought this product and was so disappointed it was clearly inferior to cheaper versions. I wrote a review on their website and they blocked it! Do not buy this product you will regret it.
Worse water floss ever
After many years of extensive use, my Oral-B AquaCare finally stopped working. I decided to try a Waterpik product, and unfortunately, I deeply regret that decision. The product stopped working after just three months, and despite being under warranty, I received no response from their customer service.
To make matters worse, I purchased it directly from a dental exhibition my wife is a dentist so I expected a higher level of quality and support. Sadly, that was not the case. I strongly advise others to stay away from this product. It’s not only poorly made, but the complete lack of customer service makes it even more disappointing.
Try Philips instead
Bought 3 water flossers All of which were faulty. The process of having to answer several questions and answer several e mails is exhausting.
Why they cannot sort things out with a telephone conversation is beyond me.
I am still waiting for a resolution, but would not buy their products again

We brought a new waterpik last chrismas to this day I have no luck with their customer service as the parts that actually floss your teeth are missing so we only have the body of the pik. Absolutely unbelievable
Do not waste your time
4 Waterpiks in last 5 years have all broken. From not turning on, to not pumping, to not charging. I don't know why I kept thinking the next new model is going to be better. They never are. They're so bad I actually expect them to break now. But that doesn't make it any less frustrating. Disgraceful company and I will never buy one again.
