Waterpik Ultra Professional failed after just 2 years. I asked if I could receive a replacement at a discount. I was told no.
OK then we will go down the Consumer Rights Act route where a product is expected to last for 5 years in Scotland.
I am on my fourth Waterpik as they were recommended by my dentist. In each case the product stopped charging for no apparent reason. I had no idea this was so common. I am in warranty so should be able to replace the current model (which was an expensive upgrade on the previous model which was no longer in stock), but I will be looking into more reliable and less expensive models in the future. I am really disappointed.
I can only give 1 star as it lasted such a short time and waterpik were so unsympathetic and offered no repair or replacement solution.
I enjoyed using waterpik 560, although bulky to carry around with. It’s a bit noisy. The worse part is only lasts as long as the battery. Mine died after 2 years, just as warranty period ended. £80 was too much for two years of use. I am looking another long life product.
This is an upgrade to previous model. Looks and feels great. Charger is very innovative.
Only slight downside is water capacity seems reduced
Waterpik dental irrigator costs a lot but only lasts as long as the rechargeable battery.
After just over three years using the complete care waterpik unit, the hose connecting to the waterpik handle needed replacing and after contacting customer services, they offered a solution promptly and the spare part was posted swiftly.
We can now keep using this great product, which we highly recommend!
Bought my waterpik flosser from boots and have had it about 6 weeks now. Really disappointed that Boots would sell such a poor quality flosser. I use it everyday but the power runs out after about 6 cleans. To charge the flosser it takes 24hrs which is a joke when it runs out of power so quickly. I haven't notices any improvement in my gum health and there isn't enough power to actually whiten the teeth. Waste of money, Boots should stop selling Waterpik.
Waterpik 9months old will not turn on or charge-no replies to warranty form or emails for over a month. Why offer warranty when No Warranty ?
I have just contacted Waterpik regarding my water flosser which I have had for three years. They gave me some advice and the Waterpik stopped working which was unfortunate. I asked as a returning customer is they could do me a good deal but unfortunately they couldn't. I felt this was a shame as it is a high end product.
Colis non reçu. Le livreur indique ' livré en boîte aux lettres' et pourtant rien... Étonnant qu'un produit de cette valeur soit juste déposé ainsi sans preuve d'être remis à la bonne personne. Pour l'instant aucune réponse ni de la société de livraison, ni de Waterpik. Très déçu. Le plus embêtant est que j'ai un besoin urgent de cet hydropulseur suite à une chirurgie dentaire importante.
I bought a Waterpik WP-660UK water flosser Dec 2020 and by Sep 2021 it stopped working. I was sent a replacement as it was under warranty. Now, just two years later in Nov 2023 it has stopped working again. I really expected this product to last longer than a few years. It has light use and was well maintained. Not worth the money if it breaks this quickly. I will not buy another one.
I received the flisser found it good but the battery just stopped charging after about 8 months.
I bought a different noel and it's just as powerfull and half the price
My year old Waterpik developed a fault. I contacted Waterpik and was advised how to perform a battery restart, which I did but the motor still would not restart.
On advice from Waterpik I emailed customer services and was asked to give full details including proof of purchase (Amazon,uk). I have just received an email stating that as my address is outside the region of North America they are not able to proceed! To say the least I am extremely disappointed and I intend to take this further.
I bought Complete Care 5.5 in December and the tooth brush has stopped charging. I contacted the number provided and was told that they were unable to issue refunds, but as I’d bought it directly from them to send an email. I sent an email three weeks ago and received a reply saying that they were having issues with issuing refunds and that they were ‘urgently’ looking into it with their management team. I sent another email two weeks later asking for a replacement ( a toothbrush of similar value) if they were still unable to process refunds. They can’t do that either as they have withdrawn the Complete Care range.
There is no point offering warranties if they don’t honour them. I’m not looking into the next steps I’ll take.
I have had a counter top water pick unit for around six years, would not be without it, amazing bit of kit, use before brushing, teeth feel really clean, gets in all the nooks and crannies. Would buy again in a heartbeat.
29th May 2023 ordered a water flosser and it died after after 2 weeks. Have sent email to two different email addresses, both of them bounced. Called the number on their homepage and two signals and it went quite. This company is a scam be aware.
The Waterpik flosser is excellent but my experience of customer service is very disappointing. Using their online form I have twice asked for advice about a travel case suitable for my model WP-465UK but have received no response of any sort.
Stopped working after 3 months and no one will give me a refund or replacement - customer service has just ghosted me.
Oh how I wish I'd read these reviews before purchasing my second Waterpik!
The unit has stopped charging so unable to use the flosser. The same issue happend with the first one I bought. This screams design fault to me but Customer Services are more interested in telling me I'm not in warranty as I can't locate my receipt.!
