I placed an order for the Polished Steel Curved Water Feature on 10/5/26 which was a Sunday. I e:mailed the company on 13/5/26 for an update. A speedy response informed me they were shipping it that day. Received today 14/5/26. Excellent customer services and delivery is fast. The water feature is beautiful and can't wait to see it up and running. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a water feature at very competitive prices.

Good customer support by e mail in particular Mollie was very helpful however the answering time to telephone calls is an area that could be improved

Contacted last week was told will be dispatched hopefully beginning of this week but as didn't hear Contacted today only to be told not sure when as coming from Ireland (which by the way is not million miles away from uk) . Terrible service be aware of this unless you're willing to wait atleast a month (probably quicker to come ftom china).

Order -1000042315 my water feature arrived in very poor condition, exapensive purchase and still not been resolved trying to contact customer service for a full collection and refund, this was for autistic son, for Christmas who is so so upset and disappointed.

The order came within a couple days of ordering.

We had an issue with the pump but James sorted it out very quickly and with good cheer. So I was able to get the fountain working on Christmas Day for my Mother. 😁

Delivery prompt and arrived when advised.
Lovely solid millstone just what we wanted, a small water feature which enhances our garden without being too showy, the garden birds enjoy taking a drink from it.
Water features staff were very helpful during set up and maintenance, prompt replies to queries. We can certainly recommend this company.

I have just read a review from 27/5/25 from someone who has experienced what i have except my product was damaged on delivery.
I wish i had read this review sooner.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
They sent a water feature which cost £569 so not
Cheap. They said 1 - 2 days delivery ! It arrived 10 days later.
They advised the courier would contact me with a suitable time, they didn’t.
The delivery was made whilst i was out, dumped on my driveway all unpacked and left there.
The bubble wrap was all damaged and the water feature battered to say the least.
Mollie advised they couldn’t offer a discounted price & I had to file a paypal claim for a return.
They accepted the return but expect me to pay £100 to return it !!! They obviously dont take customer care and rights into consideration.
I have now taken out a claim with my credit card company but in the meantime they have offered me some wall plaque made of tin as a gesture for me to accept the damaged water feature.
They are now saying that the items were taken off the pallet after delivery was made & i signed for.
I wasn’t there, the courier dismantled it all and left it on my driveway & also decided to leave the empty pallet & rubbish in the water feature bucket for me.
I have now found the CCTV of the courier dumping it all on my drive & I certainly didn’t sign for it !
Please do not buy from these cowboys, corrupt company who takes your money & doesn’t care about how the product is delivered.

I'm really disappointed. I've spent over a month, on and off, trying to get the water feature working. There were no instructions just cheap looking plastic pipes, I had no idea what does what. The Foam Jet sends the water just an inch or two high, any higher and it makes a horrible noise. There was no Bell fountain which is what I wanted. The company were quick to respond to my emails but they have been unable to help.

Do not touch this company as the online descriptions are poor and customer support is terrible!! I ordered a water feature but the description on site did not say it came with an ugly metal ring or that I had to bury it in the ground. I had previously emailed Mollie who had said that setting up of the water feature was a simple process.Burying under the ground is not simple. I have returned the item at my expense as this company refused to refund my postage despite their online description being incorrect. The product I ordered was not described correctly yet I had to pay £19.08. This is my worst online shopping experience ever and I want people to be aware of the poor service. The email response is very quick when you enquire about a product and disappears if you have an issue. Shop somewhere else if you do not want poor customer service and a stressful experience. I have given this company many opportunities to rectify the issue but they have refused to do so.

Dreadful company. Great website and pictures- shame the information is inaccurate and they will only accept returns if you pay for them (not great with a slab of stone). The feature we bought was significantly smaller than described and they said they didn't have any bigger ones that matched their own description- which is still advertised as bigger on the site. To expect someone to pay for a return so they can get a refund for a product that they know doesn't match the description is really poor- especially as it cost nearly £600. Good value is only good value if you get what you order. Very unhelpful series of cut and paste answers to complaints- Do not use this company.

I bought my water feature last year, and had speedy and professional delivery. All went well, and then I put the feature away for winter. When I brought it back out, the pump wasn’t working. The service from Waterfeatures.com was second to none - after a couple of troubleshooting suggestions I was sent a replacement pump. No quibbling or negotiations, they just wanted to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. I can’t help but think that some of the negative reviewers have this company confused with another company that might have a similar name? I’ve had nothing but good old-fashioned customer service.

I wonder if people are reviewing the same company? This site indicates that water features.com is based in the US. However the water features.com company I used are based in the UK and I couldn't fault them. There was a slight delay in delivery but they kept me posted and even offered a refund as my order was time critical for a birthday. Given the bad feedback on here I checked the parent company, diy2go, on the gov.uk website. They are a genuine UK based company and definitely not a scam. I would not hesitate in using them again.

Total garbage this company, paid for a feature and waited 10 days for delivery and still nothing arrived, phoned to be told I would have to wait a further 10 days as they were stocktaking, I cancelled my order and asked for a refund, 4 weeks it took to get my money back after being fobbed off with this excuse and that, never again, buyer beware…

The service offered was exceptional. the speed of response to our questions was great and Kevin was absolutely brilliant when we discussed the water feature we had bought.

Avoid. Unfortunately this shop appears to be a scam - the product delivered does not match what is advertised on the website. We have essentially paid £400 for a bucket and a small stone, smaller than promised. It arrived dusty and not fit for purpose. Customer service was extremely unhelpful and were unwilling to pay for returns. We are now looking to pursue further action.

Be careful parting with money to this company.
We purchased a water feature for almost £500, this was to be the centre piece of our new patio. The water feature was out of the wind, against a wall and surrounded by pot plants but due to a design fault, as soon as we plugged it in it splashed water all over our new patio, which meant we can’t sit near it. The splashes are constant and down up to 2 metres. This means we haven’t turned it on since we bought it other than to take videos to send to the small claims court.

Louise is the one man band that works for this company, she was completely inflexible on our predicament, no offer was made to investigate, exchange or refund. We just had to accept that this company had taken our money and we couldn’t turn on the water feature because we would get wet if we sat near it.
We were told that there was no fault, we must have put it in a windy spot, which is not the case. They made this claim without seeing our garden which is small.

We are now pursuing this company through the small claims court to get our money back.

This is an honest review to try to stop others falling into the same position as us.

Laughably, this company state ‘hassle free 14 day returns’ this is not true, lots of stress and disappointment and plenty of hassle.

Range of available water features was fantastic and all at competitive prices. We purchased a solid granite feature which was delivered quickly and extremely well protected in a custom crate on a pallet. Customer service were very helpful with pre and post sale enquiries and the product is of great quality.
