I ordered some led
I ordered some led. lights on January 14th and despite contacting them via there contact pages all I receive are automated replies. I have today filled out the contact page about this issue which then blanked out ( unable to process ) sort of message. I have now asked for a full refund but I won't hold my breath, as the request was in the latest attempt to contact them. By the way I have since bought the lights from ali express at a quarter of the price and delivered within a week all the way from China.

Why take your money only to be told it’s not arriving on the said date? I could have got one elsewhere and had it delivered sooner

I ordered an expensive water feature on the 3rd April and have not heard a thing since. I have left multiple messages and emailed them. I also Facebook messaged to which someone said they would look into it and I still haven't heard back. Next step is to try and recoup my money through the bank!! :((((

Contacted them for some help/assistance/advice and two weeks later still waiting for a response of some description although I did receive the usual generated response that my email had been received and someone would be in touch!! Emailed again and still no response. The customer service of this company is non existent and I will have to try and find somewhere else that hopefully can help me. I wouldn't mind but originally I didn't have a complaint just needed some help. Avoid at your peril!!
Useless company
Useless. They don't bother responding to email requests for help in purchasing, despite a second request. Apparently they only reply to "regular/known" customers who get priority when ordering !! Strange sales philosophy !!!!
No Customer Service
Bought a Water feature from this company, prompt delivery, it looked nice and worked well BUT the base leaked. Spoke to a lady called Steph who was somewhat off hand about it and required me to send photos to justify the leak. This I did and she accepted there was a leak, would have to talk to her boss but would send a replacement, didn't want the old one back. Last I heard from the company in spite of emails sent, in spite of a letter I sent to her boss, a Director name of Mike Hall, in spite of reminding them of the Consumer Rights Act 2015. am in process of obtaining a Section 75 from the Card Company I used to purchase it with.
Great Water Feature
We recently took delivery of a Carden water feature that we ordered at the Harrogate Autumn Flower Show at Newby Hall, Ripon. When we assembled it, it became clear that the pump wasn’t working properly. We contacted the company, and they immediately arranged a replacement, which arrived promptly and works perfectly.
We’re very pleased with both the product and the excellent customer service — the issue was resolved quickly and without any fuss. Great value for money and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a quality water feature!

Ordered on 12 August, via Amazon, a stainless steel water feature from Outdoor Living. It said would arrive between 15-19 August, but arrived on 13th and is absolutely super. I’m thrilled to bits! Only set it up today so haven’t seen it in the dark yet, but will go out tonight. Would definitely recommend this company.

We ordered a water feature 6 weeks ago, told 5 to 7 days delivery we have called and promised next week next week I called Wednesday as they said middle of the week then told it will be Friday. Called Friday told it came into is late Friday I will put it on a 24 hour courier Saturday came and went promised Monday and nothing today call and was told oh it was not on the delivery even though they confirmed it was then told it’s going to be another 10 days no one bothered to call us and let us know what was going on, this is one of the worst companies I have had to deal with buy your stuff from somewhere else

Saw this on a stand at The Ideal Home Show at Olympia in London. Ordered and paid for it there.
It arrived boxed a few days later.
I assembled it with the pump, filled it with water and turned it on. After a brief delay the fountain started running.
It looks good in daylight, and even better at night with the LEDs shining brightly through the water.
Well pleased with the unit.
The only negative is that in the current hot weather the water in the fountain evaporates quickly requiring frequent top ups. Not, of course, down to the water feature.

Ordered a feature direct last week, came quicker than anticipated, really good quality, easy to set up. Ordering online was easy, web visuals and product matched. Perfect addition to my garden this sunny weekend.

Appalling company
As you can see 54% of customers found this company either extremely bad or fairly bad. Yes, 46% gave 5 star, apparently, but I doubt that. So you have roughly a 50/50 chance of getting a good product that works.
Not good odds. We bought a water feature that didn't work. We had zero co-operation from the company infact they were downright rude. We got a refund through our credit card even though outdoorliving threatened to take us to court if we pursued a refund.
Don't know how they are getting away with it.
Ordered garden furniture through BQ…
Ordered garden furniture through BQ that is not as described. The furniture came from outdoor living. Outdoor living use BQ to sell garden furniture by paying a fee to advertise their furniture.
Both BQ and Outdoor living are not regulated or registered with the furniture ombudsman service. After reporting faulty furniture to both firms within 12 months of its purchase. Outdoor living have failed to refund the items that look about 10 years old and are covered in rust and are simply too dangerous to use.
Instead, they want me to pay over a £150 to receive a furniture report on their appalling furniture at my cost.
I would recommend if you want to but garden furniture. Consider buying from a reputable company and is registered with the furniture ombudsman service. Outdoor living have a disgraceful attitude towards customers who demonstrate their products are not as described.
Garden furniture that cost almost £400 through BQ is just too dangerous to use. I will never buy garden furniture again that has any attached name as outdoor living ltd when they fail to acknowledge their furniture is too dangerous to use within a 12 month period.
Don’t worry, I have now reported this incident to several organisations including my bank. I will also be contacting the financial ombudsman service to report this serious incident. Selling poorly made furniture is not acceptable!
Furthermore, the customer service is appalling. They don’t want to engage with the customer. A company who will sell poor quality furniture and take no responsibility for it after payment has been made. As pointed out, this furniture is falling apart within 12 months of buying it. Under y the r consumer credit act 2015, goods must last 12 months. Despite sending photographs of the furniture to the firm they’re not willing to replace the furniture without putting the customer in furniture debt!
