Purchased a small white loaf yesterday opened it up this morning the crust had green mould on it. The loaf had plenty of days left on the use by date. Reading the reviews it seems to be a common p... Mehr ansehen

My partner & I both agree. The taste is actually unpleasant. We cannot buy this Warburtons Wholemeal bread anymore. It is also not pleasant to eat. What on earth has gone wrong here! Try M&S bread -... Mehr ansehen

Not real bread
Poor quality bread with a chemical taste, real bread doesn't have preservatives that taste bad. Even my 7 year old thinks that the breakfast muffins tasted much worse than Mc Donalds so that says it all!
Not a fan of that loaf
Not a fan of that loaf. Pretty stale.
Absolutely disgusting.
Warburton, no longer make "proper bread " it's just soggy tasteless dough. I used to love Warburtons but, not any longer. I have emailed the company for information but surprise surprise there has been no reply. This doesn't surprise me. Yuk.
Definitely a change in the warburton…
Definitely a change in the warburton teacake recipe outer layer seems shiny and when sliced through bread seems more grey than white with less fruit given the change I will no longer be buying them again
Warburtons Tiger loaf has a strange…
Warburtons Tiger loaf has a strange chemical taste and smell. I’ve tried complaining before directly but got no response. This seems an on-going issue with their products.
There has been a change in the recipe
There has been a change in the recipe, the bread is no longer soft. It is artificial and non existent. It is really dry and has no taste. It reminds me of bread you get on holiday but not nice tasting. I’ve had an IBS flare up today because of this… please bring back the old recipe 🥲

Bought Warburton pk4 teacakes but that will be last time! Such poor taste quality, almost zero fruit and weak glaze!
Should actually sell whats stated on…
Should actually sell whats stated on packing - less than medium sliced bread being passed off as thick ' u r conning the public@
£1.80 for 4 medium size barm cakes
£1.80 for 4 medium size barm cakes, absolute rip off!
Thick toastie bread.
We've been using thick toastie bread for years but it has gone terrible very rare it's fresh when delivered to shop and the wax wrapping paper needs to go, sort it out warbies.
Great customer service
Submitted a semi joking complaint as one of my bagels was very small. Asked for a replacement bagel. Credit to them they wrote to me with £4 of vouchers! Great customer service
White sliced loaf was all stars - SHAPE not quality
Tried to let Warburtons know about my observations over recent months that the small white medium sliced soft loaf was more often than not full of misshaped slices. Rather than loaf tin shaped they were regularly star shaped (shrinkage from each side & top). Consequently spreading was a mess and uniform cutting for a mixed sandwich platter produced 'odd-ball' triangles from star shaped slices more suited to star atop a Christmas tree. As ever by return was asked by Warburtons for the ubiquitous photos date stamp on closure (binned) tab details bakery best by date, shop name, etc etc (not yet the ASDA checkout ladies maIden name!!!). As this issue has surfaced regularly over the most recent 4-5 months months and is a regular frustration in the Cooper household, I cannot beleive it's an isolated, badly transported, stored or delivery problem as the search continues for a loaf that's loaf shaped (not much to ask for ? perhaps it's a Scottish thing?) as presented by the current marketing messages and 'A' list celebs. Perhaps more focus on the production/product would be beneficial rather than the promise of bread that's out of this world BY A STAR !
Described as "Thick Bread"
Described as "Thick Bread", think the person who catagorised this as Thick, was thicker than the bread!
The loaf remains the same size, no problem with that, the price or the quality and taste.
But if your gonna call this Thick bread, maybe you need to go to Specsavers!
Fantastic products
Fantastic products. The only downer.. recently I've not been able to get Warburtons bread, even at Tesco and other supermarkets.

hi
i have beena warburtons while blue bag bread eater for at least 20 years and your product has gone downhill, especilly these last 2 years.
the problems are bread slices with holes in them, loaves that are weird shapes and to beat all the latest problem getting loaves with different thickness slices as per photos.
what do you do cut the loaves and shuffle and deal.
i enclose photos, lost the best ones from last week, i can always send some more when i buy my next loaf.
making bread with all the latest technologies must be easier than years ago but your loaves get worse all the time.
please explain why you cant make loaves without faults, think i know, you have bought new machinery to make it faster but it does not work properly.
none of their methods to complain work

Having bought the last 3 tiger bread…
Having bought the last 3 tiger bread large loaves,I have to say they are a disgrace to the word bread. Each loaf has a crusty top,yes that reason for buying but when it’s opened the bread is hard and stale from the crusts inedible top and it’s impossible to eat.Ive even fried it in the pan for my bacon sandwich to no avail. Its to hard to eat,A Childs rusk would be softer,So Warburtons you have had the benefit of the doubt with your crap tiger bread so I’m not going to buy anymore.I find the local stores make of tiger bread much softer and lasts longer.Even the ducks couldn’t eat it as it was so hard.So Warburtons that’s it,I for one will not be buying any of your dreadful shrunk bread and buns again.I am a pensioner and can ill afford to throw food away but there is no choice with yours.Get a grip before you lose thousands of your faithful customers
GREEDY COMPANY
why are companies jumping on the bandwagon of the government and council tax by being greedy and taking everything off the British people? sweet smaller and price hiked up.Warburtons buns are smaller and prices have risen. do these companies think the British people are stupid that people don't know the difference?. greedy companies using underhand tactics to pick the pockets of hard-working people. RIP OF BRITAIN. YOUR COMPANIES SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF. I PUT THESE BUNS IN THE BIN AS I WOULD OF CHOKED ON THEM AS I FELT LIKE I HAD BEEN ROBBED. IV TOLD MY WIFE NEVER BUY THESE AGAIN
Gluten free bloomer
The bread itself was pretty good for gluten free bread, great taste and texture. So why the 1 star review? The light dusting of GF flour on top as a decorative feature. In my mind I know it's GF flour, but after years following a strict GF diet I dislike the feel of flour on my fingers as it makes me worry that I'm inadvertently going to consume gluten.
E numbers …
Now I cant find any of your bread that’s not polluted in E-numbers… very disappointing
I love Warburtons bread
I love Warburtons bread. But please please get rid of that waxed wrapper. You can't reseal it, it rips when picked up from the shelf. No matter how careful you open the wax packet it rips apart meaning bread goes off quicker than other breads with the plastic wrapper. Come on Warburtons is this a trick to make us buy more bread because we can't reseal it?, so fed up of this now
