Scammers. Cheap disgusting and faulty clothing but they won’t refund you!
Returned the whole order including a co ord that was faulty, and ripped. I’d told them I’d washed this before I was due to wear it - they still accepted it was faulty via email then when I returned it they’re now refusing to refund but saying they’ll fix it? Small hole to them they’re claiming. It was a substantial hole, big enough you can fit your finger through it and they don’t even have the items to return it back to me now, but are still refusing to refund through Klarna so I’ve been scammed out of the money and clothes. They haven’t even offered replacement items, just the faulty ones back to me or 10% discount off my next order. Like I’m ever going to order again from here! Trust the reviews girls and avoid at all costs, the quality is shocking, but the customer service is even worse! I’ll continue to post reviews wanderdoll until you have fully refunded me for the co ord set, and if I need to take this to small claims - then I will x
Further update - they keep saying they know it was washed hahahaha laughable but yet daily reporting my reviews for defamation? I’ll continue to review until you’ve refunded me, it wasn’t worn and was faulty. You even admitted it was your fault in the emails and yet you’re now saying I’ve worn it and caused the fault? The hole was on the stitching. Make it make sense

The item's tags, and ribbons had been removed and my your own admission the item had been washed. The item was not faulty when received and before the tags and ribbons were removed.
We can therefore only assume the item was worn and was damaged during wear. As a good will gesture we have offered to repair the item free of charge and return this to you.
If you would like to receive the repaired item, kindly let the team know and we're more than happy to get this processed for you.

Just wow!! 🤩
I wore the ‘Poppy’ dress for my 40th birthday at the weekend and I truly felt beautiful! I am normally my worst critic and I honestly could not find fault, I searched high and low for the perfect dress and the moment I saw this dress I knew it was special!
The sparkle was insane and I felt like a princess! It’s an absolute bargain and looks so expensive, every detail from the sparkles, the shoulder pads and the front and back ruching was simply stunning!!

Wrong items sent and no help from customer service
I placed an order for a co-ord set for my birthday trip and received a completely different set to the one I ordered. It’s been over two weeks now since I first emailed them and I’ve sent several emails since but received no help. I shouldn’t have to pay shipping costs to return items that I didn’t order and don’t want! Initially I wanted to still get the item I ordered originally but after this experience I definitely won’t be ordering from them again or recommending to anyone else.
