Absolutely fine as always. I use this on a regular basis and have done for the past four years never had a complaint as usualonly thing I query time was the car came without fuel and every other time it’s been fully filled but that’s not a problem because you have to put fuel anyway it was just a question if they changed there way of hiring but no complaints never have had finest higher I have ever had competent friendly staff manageable just can’t for them thank you once again

Excellent service, above and beyond

Easy and affordable prices. I was given a 26 plate T Roc, which was perfect for the location I was driving too. Also peace of mind knowing it was brand new and wouldn’t run into any issues. Shahk was also a credit to the Company, sorted the job out and was on the road in less than 20 minutes, definitely would use this service again.

Second time I've hired a car from Pulman in Durham and on both occasions the service has been excellent. The price was competitive and the staff were great to deal with, I will certainly be using the company again.

I travelled from Australia to Heathrow and then to Budget for my hire car, they were pressurising customers to take insurance and that amounted to doubling the hire cost quoted. I had an electronic credit card and two physical debit cards but they insisted on a physical credit card so the hire never took place. I travelled North via train and my son suggested I contact VW Pullman at Durham.
Service was professional, friendly and I would add with integrity, my debit card was adequate for the transaction.
The car was superb and the whole process and term of hire was without problem at all.
This will be my first point of call for a hire car next time, I fully endorse and totally recommend them.

Customer service is excellent in my opinion. Once you've registered your details, it's such a quick & easy process. A sensible price too. I had a VW Golf for 4 days. An excellent vehicle for motorway driving.

I rented a car for 4 days, it was a very pleasant experience. The car was charged fully and had full tank of petrol. It was a very comfortable ride. This was my 3rd time renting from them and I'll be renting again next week for another trip. Lovely people!

Sarah and Steve provide a great personal service which is lacking in other rental firms where most of the time you are dealing with multiple individuals who have no idea who you are.

Really great service - Sarah was absolutely fab, totally hassle free and down to earth but explained everything really well at the same time. Hired a T-Roc for 12 days to travel to and around Devon. Car was a dream, sad to hand it back. Security deposit was returned to the bank next day. Will definitely be using again, thank you.
