Seamless. Serghei was fantastic and a great advocate for Customer focused service. Processed everything quickly and efficiently and we didn't leave with that feeling of being oversold (common with lots of hire companies). Great weekend
First great experience with a camper van the model was the ocean californiana Volkswagen! Me and two other friends went from London to Cornwall for have a weekend out of the city! We spent the time going around and camping with the ocean californiana Volkswagen and it was perfect very comfortable to drive and perfect for camping! I suggest to give a try if you interested!

Recently hired whilst my car was in the garage. Serge (Hire Manager) sorted me a car at no notice, and even when I last minute needed an extension it was no problem.

Serghei was again outstanding as was the van
Serghei was again outstanding this year on our annual trip back. We always use him and VWFS rental. We had a fantastic minivan vehicle very high spec immaculately clean ran like a dream! Serghei was able to accommodate additional days and drop off options. I would not rent anywhere else with a large family or group in the UK
