Stress free purchase
We’ve recently taken delivery of our 75 reg CX30 and would like to say, the service we received from Joshua James was excellent. He was friendly and knowledgeable about the range of vehicles. He listened to our requirements and kindly arranged for the vehicle we were interested in to be collected from Plymouth for us to test drive. Unfortunately there was a small issue with the SD card after delivery, however, Joshua dealt with this immediately and the issue was resolved without delay.

We have had several Peugeots and just got a new one, we have always had Andrew poppin at Torquay Peugeot and cant praise him enough for his help, patience support and understanding and after car support.Always willing to help and advise and see us if something we do not understand he goes above and beyond , would highly recommend him and deserves more than 5 stars keep up the GOOD WORK many thanks Tina andTerry

Poor experience again.
Another terrible experience from the service department, i booked in for my car first MOT four/five weeks in advance and asked for a courtesy car and was all good and agreed when booked with Lauren, but on the day of the MOT when i handed my keys over it came apparent no courtesy car would be available and i had an conformation email to say there would be, but the desk staff said no car was ever booked, either way I wasn't getting a courtesy car full stop. This has happened twice now in a row to me at this dealership, the first time was for a service, so now I know not to use Vospers Vauxhall again for service or future car sales. The good news was that i made a phone call before i left to another main franchise dealership in the Plymouth area and they were happy to accommodate me at very very short notice, I won't forget that.

Friendly and helpful sales staff with no pressure.
This is the second car purchased from Vospers, Torquay and again Susan Kennedy was so friendly and helpful in guiding us through the paperwork and various options available. There was no pressure to buy and the process was smooth and enjoyable. We have no hesitation in recommending Vospers Torquay.

When calling Vospers Mazda initially about purchasing our next Mazda cx-5 Joshua was extremely polite and helpful. We then took the 130mile journey to look at the car and Joshua was there to greet us and show us around. We made the decision to go ahead and purchase, arranging to collect a couple of weekends later. Again, we weren’t disappointed! The car was waiting for us with a big bow around it…an amazing touch which brought a big smile to our faces. Ethan was a very professional and knowledgeable young man and has a friendly and amiable manner about him.
He wasn't ""desperate"" for a sale and made us feel at ease from the get go. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he answered all of our questions.

Joshua James - truly the nicest most helpful salesman I’ve ever dealt with. I didn’t just buy a car. I contacted Vospers- Mazda Exeter in January after seeing an M2 added to the website. I spoke to Josh and he couldn’t have been more helpful! He removed the car from the website immediately and as the car he just come in and there were no pictures Josh made a comprehensive video of the car and sent it to me the next day. Having him guide me made the experience of buying my first car smooth and stress free. He facilitated a meeting and test drive that suited my timeline and put me at ease from the moment we met. Josh then personally delivered the car to my local Vospers for me to collect and guided me through all of the paperwork. I would definitely recommend Vospers, and especially Josh, to anyone wanting a friendly and professional service.

We were delighted that Joshua identified the perfect MX5 to enable my wife to have a replacement MX5 after her own dream car was written off through no fault of her own.

HUGE FRUSTRATION
Spent over ten days attempting to contact FIAT servicing dept by telephone at least three times a day, after my car completely died due an update error, draining the battery leaving me no alternative in calling The RAC .............. etc, etc......
AFTER WAITING FIVE AND A HALF HOURS IN VOSPERS I'VE BEEN INFORMED THEY ARE UNABLE TO CORRECT IT TODAY , NEED TO REBOOK, I MAY NEED TO GO TO EXETER AS VOSPERS IS NO LONGER A FIAT DEALER......... ARGHHHH
