I experienced poor product quality and unsatisfactory customer service with this company. Two months after purchasing and installing wall panels for my kitchen, the paint began to peel from the panels. When I contacted their support team for a resolution, they deflected responsibility, claiming the issue was due to incorrect installation rather than a product defect.
The initial installation took several days of labor, and having to remove the defective panels, purchase replacements, and reinstall everything is a significant burden. Because the company refuses to stand by their product, I am now escalating this matter through my legal insurance. I cannot recommend this seller based on the lack of product durability and poor after-sales care.
