Quick and good job on my car. I was reluctant to use them as Las years mot was a big mess up. But I think you got to give chances. It was well worth it. Finish ahead of time. All sorted.

My car has recently had a smart repair to remove a dent at the Oldham garage. The service was excellent. The staff were helpful and friendly. The repair was fantastic - good as new!

Booked in my Audi with the branch at Ashton road, Oldham as there had been a noise coming from the engine, The team were great at diagnosing the issue and got the car back to me in the matter of days, very prompt and efficient and also cheaper than the initial price I was quoted for repairing. Overall very pleased with the guys and the service provided.

Our t5 campervan has been in and out of this garage numerous times last year with electrical issues.
Although customer service was good and I was informed about progress regularly, the van has never been fixed!
I also feel there was communication breakdown between the engineers and the customers. For example, the invoices were always ambiguous compared to the verbal descriptions that were given about work that had been carried out.
The last time I took my van to the garage i left it there for over two weeks and then got it back in a worse state than I left it. The advice was that I could bring it back another time and pay for another 2.5 hours of diagnostic labour (before any work would be carried out).
I will not be returning to that garage (and they’re probably delighted about that!)

From start to finish the staff are courteous and proffesional the service has been beyond expectations to diagnosing a fault moving swiftly with the repair.
The waiting area is setup perfect the gregarious nature of staff bookin vehicles or any queries are answered promptly.
Brilliant customer service and a genuine willingness to help.

From the friendly ladies on reception to the lovely chap who washed my car, they were all great! My car had a full service this time and the usual MOT. Callumn sent a video of the process pointing out possible future issues which was invaluable. Thank you guys. Jennie x

Effortless - Booked in for MOT and some pre-agreed work identified in a previous routine service. dropped the car off 08:30 it was ready by lunchtime, absolutely brilliant service. Polite, professional clean and safe environment for customers. AND clean car returned.

Booked in to the Bury branch for a heater matrix replacement in my Golf, nearly £700 cheaper than you know who and just as good service and genuine parts. All the staff were friendly and helpful, the car was returned very clean and has been nice and warm ever since. Top job, thank you.

Arranged a later booking slot which suited myself rather than bring it in at 8am which some garages do and keep the car all day. Called me within 2 hours to let me know car was ready. Pleasantly surprised when picked up as it had been washed.
