Can’t complain about the price with how much work was done to a top standard with no fuss, better than the main dealer garages

Was able to book Golf in easily and with no fuss. Staff very helpful from customer service to technicians. Very thorough service with helpful advice. Very pleased with all work carried out and will use again.

Was told I need new front break discs and pads and quoted £456 😳
I decided to get the discs and pads myself for £110
Had a mechanic fit them for £60
£170 all together
The mechanic told me one of my old pads were fitted the wrong way round

What a place!

The service and advice in relation to my Audi TTS has proved invaluable. Everyone is so friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. Alicia on reception was amazing keeping me informed and up to date with what was happening with my car. She took the time to explain things properly in a professional and friendly manner. I will only use VolksMaster (Bury) to look after my car. I even took them in some chocolates to say thank you. Brilliant work. If you want somewhere trustworthy and good value you can’t go wrong with them.

This garage is one of the very few you can truly rely on. The level of professionalism is excellent — the staff are serious, polite and absolutely professional, always ready to help customers according to their needs and the issues found with their car. They even show you via video exactly what needs repairing, and also give advice on how to deal with any necessary work.

The prices for services and repairs are very reasonable and competitive compared to other garages, which charge far more and never even show you what work has actually been done on your car.

I am absolutely delighted I chose this garage! Highly recommended.

I’ve been using Volksmaster Oldham Car and Van Centre for my T5.1 for over 10 years now and always had exceptional service from them. Any repairs are normally done really quick and my car has normally been cleaned when I pick it up which is a bonus. Now my kids have cars they also take their vehicles to Volksmaster.

Always a friendly and professional welcome from the team at Volksmaster Oldham. This time they have gone over and above for me, I had an emergency whereby I could not secure my car, I took it in for a quick bit of advice and to book ASAP, they took in my car and made time on the day to fix and make it safe again. As ever a full debrief of the work done and ensuring I was happy with that before I left. Superb personal service and value for money.

First class as always. I've been visiting Volksmaster since moving to Bury in 2001, having owned a couple of VW Golfs, an Audi A5 and two Audi Q7s. Very knowledgeable and helpful and experts with these cars. This time the tailgate wasn't opening on my current Q7, and the night before my visit I had a problem with the sunroof too. Took it in, they put a new lock on the tailgate fixing that issue, and resolved the sunroof problem FOC. First class & highly recommended. Prices always reasonable considering the level of expertise provided.
