I had an excellent experience at Vodafone thanks to one of their in-store team members (Hassan) who took the time to walk me through the features and technology of the iPhone 17 and the different versions. From the moment I asked for help, they were patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely enthusiastic about making sure I understood what makes this device stand out.
They explained everything clearly — from the upgraded camera system and performance improvements to the display technology and battery enhancements — breaking down the technical details in a way that was easy to understand without feeling oversimplified. I especially appreciated how they tailored the explanation to how I actually use my phone day-to-day, highlighting features that would matter most to me rather than just listing specifications.

Life saviours at the 10th hour!
The two in store on 24th february at 5.30 were fantastic. I had a stressful situation regarding payment issues and it stated id missing payments when I hadnt and they were able to advise me quickly, appropriately and efficiently. Wouldn't recommend to go back to them anytime!

We had a very distressing situation…
We had a very distressing situation where a household member had unknowingly not paid bills, resulting in a single mother & 2 children’s’ phones being cut off. Awaas & Hassan at Vodaphone Solihull spent more than 2 hours with us to resolve the situation. Would have given them 25 stars. Helpfulness well above and beyond call of duty.
