Friendly helpful staff
The staff in the Caerphilly Vodaphone store have been so helpful and I would strongly reccomend them to anyone looking to change service provider or purchase a new phone and accessories. I would like to add that Shannon's knowledge and professional attitude is second to none and believe vodaphone are lucky to have such a talented young lady in their work force.

Amazing service
I popped in to the store on Monday after losing my phone Sunday.
The guy who sorted me out with a new phone was amazing. And even reduced my plan for me with Black Friday offers (good time to lose a phone)
Everything was so professional.
I was upset about losing my phone so the ease the store put me at was very much appreciated.

Great Customer Experience
The employees working there are very nice and helpful people, I went in because my phone wasn’t working properly and they made sure that everything was up to date and worked before I left
