I had wonderful service at Vivo The Boundary. Booking was easy and quick and I was welcomed upon my arrival. Eliza was my hair stylist. During the consultation she carefully listened to what I wanted and asked questions until she understood what I was wanting. The hair cut was exactly what I was looking for and works so well for me.
Eliza was warm, friendly and professional. I am so happy with my hair and i am looking forward to my next hair appointment.

The most beautiful hair transformation by Mitch
I had my hair done by Mitch and to say it was a hair transformation is an understatement! It’s the most beautiful my hair has felt and looked in such a long time. Mitch was so easy to talk to and fun to have doing my hair. I will for sure be back and would recommend Mitch to everyone

I had a great experience with Sonja a few months ago and she did an amazing job at doing some tricky highlights and matching my natural colour. It turned out so well. Have come back for a second time! Lovely customer service plus yummy fudge to snack on. Thanks Vivo, Botany.

From a senior
I am a senior citizen who was recommended to try Vivo Western Heights, as my usual stylist had gone out on her own, and was not giving perms. So I visited Western Heights and had new stylist Ashika give me a half head perm, accompanied with a wonderful head massage.
Ashika is very professional and asked me questions on my likes and dislikes.
I am very pleased with the result and will be back again.

Online orders
I order items online regularly, the items always arrive promptly. Unfortunately my most recent order was lost in transit but Julie from the VIVO team was awesome! She took over the issue with the courier company and replaced my item immediately - it literally arrived within 24 hours. So grateful for the help and quick, positive response.

Branches can vary but wonderful when you find the right stylist for you
I left Vivo in Albany due to their indifference toward customer / beautician relations but on moving to the Wairarapa decided to try for hair styling. This experience could not be more different - my stylist is amazingly dedicated and personable. She is enthusiastic and skilled, she makes you feel welcome and amazing when you leave. Dreading the thought of moving away….hoping Vivo treat her well.
