I have been coming to Kylie for some time now, she always does a terrific job at dying my blonde hair, gorgeous cuts and styling! She's very experienced and a true professional. 10 out of 10!!

Crystal@ Vio Botany is a professional that I've been a client of for many years. She is very good at working out what you want when your not sure what you want and explains your options and what your choices will mean over the next few months. I get alot of compliments on the highlights in my hair too😊 thanks to her.

I have my hair a red/copper colour and it stays vibrate and fresh looking between appointments. she has a great understanding of what you are wanting to achieve and isn’t afraid of the bright and bold colours! Amazing hairdresser and top banter too! Highly recommend!!

Friendly booking and service. Zara listened to what I asked for, whilst giving her professional opinion. Zara did a lovely job on my haircut and was very polite, conversation and made me feel at home. Booked in a couple of weeks for her to clour my hair and I look forward to it.

Phoebe has great hair and style, which gave me great confidence. She made me feel welcome and comfortable, listened to what I wanted and nailed the style. A great head massage at the basin and an amazing coffee. She didn't take more than necessary off my hair, and she worked her bum off with the style. I will be back. This is the 3rd stylist at Vivo Chartwell that I have had a great experience with.

MC from Vivo Lower Hutt store is Great dealing with our special needs non verbal daughter who treated her with kindness and understanding as she got her hair cut. Great job with the hair cut she gave our daughter.
