Customer service is non-existent
AI responses are crap on the site, no one is answering the phone despite several attempts and waiting at least 20 mins for someone to answer whilst be kept on hold, failed delivery with no prior notification.
Very poor service.

Hi Andrew, Firstly apologies if you cannot get through on our phone lines, we are currently experiencing a high volume of calls so wait times are longer than we would like them to be. We are slightly confused by your review as we can see on the system that your delivery has never been attempted, the delivery date options were sent over to you on the 2nd from the couriers and you have accepted a delivery date which has not yet took place. If we have misunderstood please can you send across an email to aftersales@vividdoors.co.uk so we can take a look into this.

Vivid door poor customer service
I contacted this company after paying over £500 for interior doors to inform them that one of the doors had damage.
I was told that because I did not contact them within 48hrs that they could not do anything about it.
I then emailed them back to explain my situation and was subsequently ignored and still have no response from them.

Unfortunately we do state in bright red writing on your order confirmation and within our terms and conditions that all damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery taking place after this time claims may be rejected. I can see that this was delivered on the 6th November, with damages not being reported until 14th November as this is significantly more than the 48 hours we give, we are unable to take this claim any further. We can only apologise for the inconvenience this has caused you.

What a waste of time and cost me £66…
What a waste of time and cost me £66 for nothing
You contacted at 15:00 the day before with a 2 hour slot and closed at 17:00. Within that time I emailed, whatsapp and rang the number given to me in that email which never even rang through.. the time slot you gave was durning the school run. 07:00-09:00. Being a single parent with 3 children in 3 different schools there’s no way I could be available and your contact details were useless. You took £60 delivery fee when all this could have been avoided if you communicated with the customer. Absolutely shocking!

We can see that you selected the delivery date with the couriers and you were given a 2-hour time slot the evening before. However, when the couriers attempted delivery no one was available to receive the order. As the delivery attempt did take place, we are charged by the couriers, and therefore a redelivery fee is required to arrange a new delivery date.
We can only apologise for any inconvenience this has caused you.
Internal Oak Doors
I ordered 5 internal oak doors I was a bit indecisive at first because I was not sure what the quality of doors would be like as I was unable to physically see them. However I ordered them they arrived about a week late, by a nice delivery driver and I was impressed the quality of the doors were amazing once unwrapped, as all doors were wrapped in a protective film, I had no concerns glad I ordered them I found that they were cheaper than most high street companies.

We are sorry to hear that the door was delivered damaged. We use a two person delivery to try prevent damages from happening, however occasional damages do still happen. When damages do occur we will always try get replacements out to you as quickly as possible. If you were unhappy with the compensation amount, we would have been more than happy to send out a replacement instead or re looked at the amount offered, however we received no response back from you. Again we apologise for the inconvenience caused.

We are sorry to hear you are unhappy with your order, however to clarify you placed the order online via the website, and as per your order confirmation you ordered the Aston Oak door. This door is only available in an unfinished version so ordering prefinished is not possible. The fire door you ordered was also ordered in unfinished rather than prefinished. We have delivered the goods as per your order confirmation, we have not sent the wrong doors, you have ordered the wrong doors.
