Car was delivered at the time we were told , friendly delivery driver explained everything very well.

First class service . I am extremely impressed with Vision vehicles . Their communication and support has been exceptional . The gentleman who delivered the actual hire car was so nice . I think his name was Dave and he made contact to advise he was 30 minutes away and the car was delivered within the timeframe specified .

Georgia and Chae were extremely helpful in getting me a replacement vehicle. They were both very patient and professional and I was very happy with the service they provided.

Great service. The guy who delivered the car and picked mine up was really professional and explained everything in detail. The only negative which is only minor is the car delivered was damaged. It was recorded during handover but it doesn’t look good and reflects badly on vision.

Brilliant and efficient service by everyone

I was advised to allow my car to be sent to vision to fix it. After 3 months of chasing and tons of insults from a man called Sam, I had to remove my car and search for assistance with my insurance broker as they never fixed it or had the decency to help. I suspect they have no interest fixing your car as they profit with the rental of their vehicles; they hold you in a hired car, charge a enormous bill (my case they sent a bill to the other insurance company of £35k related with the 3 months, after doing nothing at all ) and that’s how they make their money - something completely illegal and indecent.
My insurance company sent me to them by mistake, I didn’t realised what was going on, they made my life a complete hell. Avoid if you can. My wish is to take them to a high court and stop them forever but I can’t as I’m very ill.
