I've used virgin bet for a while. The betting side is fine and once a week they give you a free £5 bet builder which is better than most sites offer so I'm grateful for that. The pay out is insant and uncomplicated which is always a bonus. The casino however, is without doubt the worst I've used. I float between 6 different sites and I stick to the same games so get used to the patterns. I never put in much. My usual habit on all sites is to play until I run out of money. Unless of coarse,I get a huge win which is a nice but rare occurrence so I'm not bitter about losing money as I always expect to lose it all no matter what site I'm on. If I had a bad session on one game I would put it down to an unlucky day but it's not the case
Every game I play on here is a joke compared to how the same games play out on other sites. If I get a decent win on sport betting a might sacrifice a couple of quid but I'll never again make a deposit to use the casino. Hopefully others will have a better experience but I'm not going to recommend.

Used to be okay withdrawing is instant but there promotions have gone terrible and the bonuses on the slots have gone really poor staking £2 a spin i staked over £600 on gold cash and had 10 free spins once and won £17.60 🫣

They stake restrict you after wining a bet, they only want you to lose money but as soon as you win you are restricted.

I joined VB as a backup to my other Horse Racing site and they're pretty good once you work out how they work. The main drawback is that they don't offer 3x the odds one winner in the Lucky 15s so it's crazy using VB for this purpose. That aside, everything works well. Avoid playing their games at all costs, as you will surely lose. This is the only site that will happily let you top up 60+ times without giving you a dime in return. How they get away with this is anyone's guess, but I guess they're cutting back in anticipation of the tax hike in April. Having said all of that VB is still one of the better sites out there.

They limited my account so I couldn’t use it because I hadn’t had a bet for a while. Never known a gambling site do that before. There’s plenty of better gambling sites out there though.

What a crock of SH1T this site is a scam! Bonus round in big bass gave £2.44 after taking £45 bet money. Don’t think by saying you use the same regs as other site is a load of crap. Please don’t use this site it’s a scam. I play on many sites and get much better returns. They have such low payouts it’s criminal. I won’t use this site ever again. I have tried this site many times and never got close to to a payback on my stake let alone be up on my bet. I understand gaming and it’s a risk but every time I move played I lose I’m not talking once or twice bit every time. This site is only here to take your money and you’ll never get close to a win that you can walk away with a small win. I’ve spent hundreds or trying to prove to myself it was a run of bad luck. I play on coral, Ladbrokes, and gala never on these other site have I lost so much with nothing in return. Please be warned. Virgin bet isa scam! I’d gone my contact details here of it was allowed so I can give more detail. Oh also you can’t withdraw under £10 so if you have credit and want less than a £5 back forget it. They don’t allow it whereas other site you can withdraw all your funds.

Bad customer service they put a spend limit on my account without permission and win rate has gone down and problems logging in since they have done so. Surely if I want to gambling then I happy to loose money but restricted in doing so.

Atrocious. I placed 2 bets, one of £4 and one of £5. Both lost. I am then shut down with no explanation nor any way of getting one. Just don't bother with these guys, they are utterly woeful

I had a £1 free bet @ 24/1 on Kilmarnock to win (2 up) ✅ and Cvancara of Celtic to be booked ✅ Instead of paying out a measly £24, they refunded me a £1 free bet as Cvancara did not start the match, citing ‘terms & conditions’. £24 is not a lot of money to me, and certainly not to Virgin Bet, but principally they have failed to pay out on a winning bet, on a technicality. If that wasn’t disappointing enough, the attitude of their live chat operator, ‘Mariia’ was extremely disheartening, telling me “Fab” when I expressed how disappointed in the settlement outcome I was. I assume sister companies such as LiveScore Bet etc will have the same unhelpful and detached operators as Virgin Bet. Please avoid at all costs, companies such as Ladbrokes, William Hill, Bet365 etc might not be perfect, but their customer service outshines this deplorable attitude by far. Would have given zero stars if possible.

Got a restriction on my account for absolutely nothing I've done all because I use the free bet on a Sunday and use the five day squad free game the most I bet on a weekly basis is around £1 pound and obviously it's not enough money for them to make joke
