Vines of Guildford BMW Bewertungen

Very good communication, friendly, great technical knowledge. Always listened and very accommodating. The service was prompt.

I am made to feel so welcome and looked after by the staff, in particular Eric Wickham and Saha Good and Ed Lamb - no one, including the receptionists could be kinder and more helpful.

The team was very helpful and directed me to right area.
Blake was very helpful with questions I asked. Service was excellent and got my car back as soon as it was done with a car wash thrown in!!

Staff at Vines are always very helpful and they are a credit to the business. I normally see Michael in service but dealt with Ed this time when I arrived. Fantastic customer experience from start to finish. Many thanks,

Clean stress free experience, service advisors are knowledgeable and very helpful

Had to go for a recall on my car. Found the staff to be very welcoming and helpful. They carried out the works whilst I was there and gave my car a complimentary clean, very handy indeed! Excellent service, thanks.

Amazing attitude great service. Many thanks

Vines made the whole process very easy, communicated clearly and got me back on the road same day.

Our X1 was at Vines for its MoT and a small service.
As always, the overall experience was what you'd expect from a very professional and well run Company.
All staff are very courteous, and everything went very smoothly from drop-off to collection.

Car in for service and investigation from previous inspection. Great service as prior and kept informed throughout. Clean car after a welcomed bonus!

Good service and good communication from them

Excellent service very helpful and polite staff
I was very happy with the service department they made the chain for my tyre and replaced it
Also my car was cleaned all with very pleasant atmosphere
Thank you

Vines of Guildford always provide great service. I know that my car is in safe hands, thank you!

Matt on the service dept was very communicative, did exactly what he said he would, kept me informed throughout the process

I was quoted a price for and oil and filter service to my BMW. Agreed a time and date. All went to plan. The cost provided was what I paid. No hidden extras. A courtesy call around lunchtime to tell me the service was complete in the car is ready for collection was appreciated. Quite often with other dealers I have had to chase until the end of the day to find out what is happening with my car. Not at Vines! Very courteous staff. Great service.

A great service from Vines, adaptable and attentive as always. Nice to see your car cleaned as you leave as well.

The car went in for a safety recall. I was given an appointment for fitting within a couple of weeks, which was good. On the day, there was no delay in checking in and I was given an estimated lunchtime pickup time. I received a call an hour before the estimate to say the work had been completed.
The car received a complementary wash and polish.
So I am entirely happy with the level of service and the care taken of my vehicle.
I'm happy to recommend Vines.

Courteous and very helpful staff - both Blake and Scott

Excellent service. Friendly and efficient.
