I have been phoning since Monday and no answer. I go away next week and still don’t know wat is happening. Their message says they will be in touch, but still no phone call or email. Shocking company. Will never use again. All they do is rip you off along with Thomas cook!!!!😡😡😡😡😡

I am currently on my second holiday booked with Very Holidays. I have always dealt with Fran and I must say, she is excellent. She keeps in touch, makes sure everything is in order and deals with every request you might have.

Last year we booked with Fran to Serita Beach in Crete for my honeymoon which was a Thomas Cook holiday for a lot less than TC were doing the holiday for. Everything was fine and perfect.

This time she tailored the holifay for what we needed. This was my 2 kids first time abroad and my daughter is a very nervous person. We wanted to make her experience perfect and Fran did just that! Private transfers were perfect, booked with Easyjet to fly and I must say that was excellent. The hotel was perfect. The baggage she got us was more than enough. I can not fault this company or Fran. She is excellent.

Will be booking again in the next couple of months for next years.

This is the fourth holiday I have been on that was booked by Grant at Very. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now! From start to finish, the price was way way better than the big tour operators, and the flights, and hotel were exactly the same, but we didn’t need to wait for a transfer bus as a private transfer had been organised.

This is a truly honest review, and I would try grant and the team every time!

Grant was very helpful. And our holiday was just wonderful. Everything was very smooth. Have asked Grant to look into our next holiday!

Received my travel documents and boarding passes by email ‘ 4 days before the holiday ‘ they lied about sending them in the post several times and i had to constantly call them to remind them. I would be Verycareful considering VeryCheapHolidays

We regularly use Fran at Very Holidays. Apart from being friendly and efficient, she will get the best price available; cheaper than going with other travel agents or tour operators direct and if she can't beat the price, she'll tell you. Excellent service.

When I rang I had grant Lawson who delt with our holiday enquire , he was so patient and so helpful, and I didn’t feel pressurised to book a holiday. I felt very satisfied once everything had been booked . With the reviews what I’ve read about this company, made me want to book,so id definitely book again and definitely recommend . Shocking customer service as we booked holiday months ago and feel they are happy to talk to you until you have paid them then they disappear and your left waiting on the phone for some patronising customer service representative to say im sorry we are really busy. First and last time we are booking with them. As soon as i reviewed them on here i recieved several calls asking me to change the review 3 days before flight. Not good enough customer service. Buy cheap buy twice.
