Grant is an asset to very holidays, great customer service and very helpful with customers needs

Very poor after sales service, had an issue whilst on holiday and upon my return wrote in and was advised I would receive a response in 28 days. Following several attempts and 2 months later still waiting for a response !!! Took my money now don’t care.

Once again Very Holidays sourced a skiing holiday for me below the tourist operators brochure price.

Sarah was absolutely amazing. I told her what we were looking for and away she went. Nothing was too much trouble despite how fussy we were with what we wanted within a budget. after only an hour of searching Sarah had found us 3 options and we decided to book one.

Have used Very Holidays for years and would not book with anyone else. The customer service is excellent and they go above-and-beyond to get you the best deal.

We found a holiday with Thomas Cook and Very Holidays managed to get us exactly the same Thomas Cook holiday at a lot lower price even though it was exactly the same Thomas Cook holiday! Dropped them an email with the details and they called back with an amazing price. Before you book your holiday give them a call (Natalie is highly recommended) and see what they can do.

Grant couldn't have been any more helpful, I literally kept phoning to ask various questions, and would have got annoyed with myself! But he was brilliant and couldn't do enough for us, we ended up booking a fab looking holiday for our honeymoon, left to our own devices we were going to pay top prices for less of a holiday until Grant steered us in the right direction. Would wholeheartedly recommend anyone and everyone to go through him for their next holiday. Thank you so much Grant will be using your services every time from now on.

Book my holiday to Algarve with Fran, she is an amazing professional, very patient and very helpful. Cant wait to go and relax in the paradise.

My Partner and I decided last minute to book a holiday, we decided to go to Turkey, we phoned up the agent and spoke to a customer service representative named Grant Lawson, nothing was to much for Mr Lawson and he helped us through everything. Our holiday was brilliant from flight, to a excellent hotel the Sunrise Marmaris where staff there could not do enough, 30 seconds from the beach, we met new friends and old ones, food and restaurant was amazing, the only downfall is we had to come home. We highly recommend Mr Lawson and will be dealing with him in the future.

Grant spent a lot of time helping me and did everything he could to ease the stress of booking a holiday

IT'S NOT VERY HOLIDAYS ITS "VERY BAD HOLIDAYS", my family of 4 individuals totalling 8 adults and 3 children booked a holiday on the 17th July for 10 days corfu for May 2020, each have had our holidays cancelled the next day due to my sister in law speaking to a salesman a few days before booking to see how much group booking would be and it turned out to be a lot dearer that's why we all booked individually but the salesman had other ideas and said" we are not accepting single bookings" and he spoke to my sister in law saying we have to group book hence that's why he cancelled all of our holiday he wanted more money off us and not to mention his abrupt attitude, even though he kept on banging on about he has got over 25 years of service in the travel industry. Since then we have booked with a different travel company and country with no problems whatsoever, This company missed out big time!!!!

Excellent service and an amazing deal. Tina Marie Benbow couldn't do enough to ensure we were 100% happy with the hotel, destination and resort she found for us and at very short notice too.
Tina was very helpful in finding everything we specified and gave us a varied choice, coming up with many suggestions to meet our needs.
We are really looking forward to going to Cuba in just over 3wks.
