The VEND point of sale product is great!
It's very user friendly and was easy to implement.
The reporting is very good!
The support is exceptional and very prompt.

There are a few additional tweaks I'd like that would make the product fantastic!

Occasionally, when my front desk staff close the sales summary for the day, there was one receipt not captured in the summary. It happened on the last day of Feb and the first day of March. This should not happen, am I correct?

I seriously can not stop saying enough GREAT things about Vend, their customer service or the program.

I researched so many point of sale systems before opening up our doors. Nothing out there ticked ALL of the boxes for us. We began wondering if our expectations were to high. We bounced from POS demo to demo and we just weren't happy with what we were seeing. I asked fellow business owners what they used and each person I spoke to, hands down hated their system. Hearing this over and over, had us worried about what was out there.

We were getting close to opening our doors and I had to start inputting our inventory. I had checked Vend out previously and their system peaked my interest. I researched it some more, spoke with a customer service rep and our local sales rep. Went through a live demo and watched their tutorial videos on YouTube, and that was it. Vend easily managed to check ALL of our boxes. Set-up, easy. Tutorials, easy. Ease of use, so simple. Customer service and support, ALWAYS AMAZING.

We didn't have the budget for a super expensive customized system. Vend gets you around that with their monthly packages. It's as custom as we need right now, and we could even go further with the customization if we really wanted.

It's just plain simple, easy to learn, very informative, easy layout and actually fun to use! However, the customer service, is top notch. I can't get over how friendly every person is and how much they actually want to help you.

Seriously, Vend, you've out done yourself and the customer service just keeps blowing me away! There are SO many other companies out there that should take a few notes from your customer service teams!
Whatever it is you're doing, don't stop doing it! It's working :)

VEND is a fantastic POS. I am really impressed with the great support as well. Very easy to contact and provide quick solutions. Thoroughly recommended.

I was really encouraged by my last phone conversation with Lucia after needing help to finish off my Inventory count at the end of March. She was very clear and her instructions were very easy to follow.
My biggest issue now after stock take, is to tidy up my stock on Vend, so it is all very easy to find

We are using VEND in our store from the very beginning (over 2 years now) and have never any issue with the software or the update. The program is very easy to learn and user friendly.

Vend have changed the way we do business. Their WooCommerce integration has made it possible to order from suppliers, receive stock and have our full catalog sync imiidiately to the web. We no longer have to manage our stock levels as vend records sales at the moment of purchase and our product stock levels are always correct.

I am very disappointed from their software features. They did not deliver me what their sales team committed when I was looking to buy.

after switching to Vend and tweaking it a little, my PoS system was easier to use. Tracking stock and sales from wherever I am without the use of any other software was a much added bonus.

I am having a very difficult time with VendHQ. My company is going on 4 years of service with Vend and we were moderately happy before the last week. We have been told through the years that inventory migration to another platform would be very simple and stress-free due to their many tutorials, but it has been nothing but a disaster. The process is constantly serving up bugs, most to which we cannot work around ourselves. They refuse to have product specialists call back when we have simple questions, so we email them and it's responded to with silence. This is an extremely important merge for our business and we have received very little support from Vend, making us question our relationship with them in the first place.

On a personal level, I am from Missouri and traveled to New Jersey to help complete the merge, leaving my wife and son behind until the job is complete. Due to Vend's lack of customer appreciation, my time away from my family is extending daily. It's not only causing work environment distress, but personal anxiety as well.

Our system is still tied to Vend simply because we don't want our brick-and-mortar stores to crumble without inventory management, but we are planning to revisit this when we aren't as busy as a result of VendHQ's unwillingness to help their loyal customers.

cheap price, cheap software, no support, are you paying US taxes or are you trying to avoid liability? US companies, beware - there might be bad tax results when using that company. Never again.

I supposed to have a 30-day free trial of Vend POS, but was asked to provide credit card info. by the Sales executive after trying out for a week. I voiced out to the Customer service using the online chat and she promised to share this with the right person but for more than two weeks, still no updates from them. The POS is pretty user-friendly and I'm doubtful of the honesty of the sales and customer support.

We have been using VEND for about a year and a half now. As a small, designer jewelry brand, we needed a POS that was simple, intuitive and strait to the point. We also wanted something that worked across computer operating systems and that worked offline as well (since we are from Lebanon and electricity/internet connection is not always reliable). VEND provided just that. It took less than a week to set up and the upkeep is simple. It is also nice to look at and simple to use and train on.

Vend is such a user friendly and intuitive point of sale system. It's incredibly dummy proof!! I find the program extremely easy to use and I love that it integrates seamlessly with Shopify, Xero, and Tyro. I cant recommend Vend highly enough! if you're a retailer looking for a reliable, efficient and easy to use system, look no further.

Vend makes running a busy retail business so much easier as we don't have to worry about updating our pos , they are constantly improving an already get platform.
