It was my great experience that to deal with Vcrystals.com, thanks Antonios!!!
Great product with lowest price, fast and free shipping, and very kind and prompt communication I have experienced.
I would recommend this store A+++++.

Item arrived as described and made it before Christmas. Very good service. Thanks.

Cheapest by far and delivery was quicker than expected, considering Christmas was looming and I knew the product was being shipped from Greece. It arrived well in time.
Very happy, Thank you...

FAST AND RELIABLE. GREAT PRICES

I ordered a Swarovski Angel which was dispatched immediately. I have been DELIGHTED and very impressed by the excellent communication and customer service I received when the item was delayed in transit - NOT the fault of Vcrystals. I would definitely recommend this company and would happily use them again. Thank you Antonius for your kind and prompt responses to my queries. The item arrived in perfect condition.

Excellent product, service and communication. Item was delivered within a week of ordering even though it was during the busy Christmas build up.

Vcrystals has a very user friendly website. Products are unusual and very reasonalbly price. Located items (swarovski snow woman and child ) easily price very reasonble checkout quick and efficient. Delivery of goods arrived sooner than stated which was exceptional service as it was the christmas week and did not expect goods unitl after.Would certainly buy from vcrytals again especially for presents for a loved one.

Order came very quickly.

I ordered swarovski, but vcrystals.com send me message about out of stock. The next day wrote me message to buy another goods in the same value. I answered I need exactly the swarovski koalas and they tried to get one. Next week a receive package from Greece with ordered goods. Really nice job.

I had previously wanted to buy a specific necklace as a gift I saw last year, however the shops range had moved on and it was no longer available. After much searching I found this website, and admittedly cautious at first have been nothing more than impressed with their service.

Considering the company is based in Greece the package did not take long to arrive, approx just over one week, which given the circumstances is not bad at all.

The item was reasonably well packaged and just the fact it had arrived in time for Christmas was fantastic. I was also really happy with the necklace and I think the recipient will absolutely love it.

I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who has any reservations and I would definitely use again in the future.

Great item and price, very fast shipping, pleasure to do business with!

Very very pleased. Cheaper than UK stockist and delivered, by registered post from Greece, in less than a week. I will definately use again!

Found a necklace I wanted to get my partner for Christmas and found one a whole £10 cheaper on VCrystals. Brilliant purchase and came quickly with very reasonable P&P.

My purchase was arriving from Greece to the US. It had been a couple of weeks and I had not received my item and was unable to track it. I contacted Vcrystals via email. They contacted me back quickly after tracking my item down. It was at my post office. The mail carrier did not leave a notification that the item was at the post office and would need to be signed for. Thanks Vcrystal! And the item I purchased is beautiful!

I found what I was looking for, and they shipped it to me halfway around the world at a decent cost. Took a while for it to get here, as anticipated, and it arrive in perfect condition. Thank you!

This piece of Swarovski is absolutely beautiful. My daughter will love it. Thanks to the quick delivery and low cost she can enjoy it as her Xmas pressie.

I was very pleased with the customer service provided, my item arrived safely, it was genuine, and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

One of the items I ordered was out of stock so the company sourced me another from their wide range of contacts. They kept me fully informed by email of when they would receive the item and of the expected delivery date. Not only did they manage to get the out of stock item extremely quick it was without any increase of cost to myself. The items arrived well packaged and in excellent condition. This was my first time ordering from Vcrystals and was totally impressed with the personal service received and I would have no reservations with using this seller again.

After a problem of brocken item, the new has been quickly send. I recommend this compagny for the serious and the communication with the customers.
