Perfetto. Preciso, cortese, puntuale, economico. Grazie

Ordered ring which had gone out of stock in UK. Slightly concerned as hadn't heard of company before. However, glad to say the ring arrived within 4 days with absolutely no problems. Very happy with the service and would obviously use the company again. Extremely efficient and good communication system. Would highly recommend to friends.

Really pleased with the red heart crystal earrings. They are small but look so nice when the sun catches them.
Would make a great gift for Valentines day!

Excellent service. Very good price. I will recommend to all my friends. I will certainly buy from v-crystals again.

Great customer service! The only BUT is the inability to track shipping progress through the ELTA website but that is not Vcrystals fault. The package arrived in perfect condition. I would highly recommend it to my friends!

Thanks! Perfect service. Highly recommended. Definitely will order again soon.

I will not tell you anything new by highlighting the low prices. You already know it anyway.
But what i can tell you is that level of service is next to none. I only hope it will remain the same in the future.
I ordered presents for Christmas. To be honest i left it until too late and i knew it. I placed order on Monday anyway. Only a week before Christmas. I did not have too much hope to receive it on time.
Imagine my surprise when everything turned out on my doorstep on Saturday. I had 3 days to wrap the presents and put everything under the Christmas tree))).
Absolutely loved it. At the same time staff that i ordered much earlier from Amazon (UK suppliers) arrived 2 days later on Monday.
All emails i sent to vccrystals were promptly answered by Antonios. Well done guys and will be buying from you soon again.

Thank you

Would definately use again

I was a little bit nervous because it was the first time I ordered something through Internet and in english. However I wasn't sure about being on time with the present I wanted to do. And I came from Greeceland..!

Some to improve is the time it takes to arrive; it took more than 15 days from Greeceland to Spain. Maybe because of the Christmas days.

Very good!

Thank you!

Vcrystals.com was great to work with. Pricing is fair, shipment fast, and communictions responsive. Antonios was prompt on answering emails with helpful information.
