VAT GLOBAL is the WORST company I have…
VAT GLOBAL is the WORST company I have ever dealt with. Senior managment do not respond such as: Gareth Kobrin -CEO. I was assured after two years things would be better. The can't even manage their own compliance let alone trusting them with mine.
As for the finance department - thats just a joke.
All the good staff have left, as they can't cope with all the issues!
As as for GDPR - I get emails including all their clients emails. They will be made aware of my issues too!
ADDITIONAL: So they NEVER got back to me, so don't be mislead by their comment.
AND I have just esablished the COMPLIANCE reports they have filed are NOT correct, its there software.
So Chilly Bottles, and Victorinox be aware, as I believe you are clients of VG, as they copy you in on my mail! GDRP at its best!!!!!!

The company communicates hard. Do not reply to messages. It's impossible to work with them. I gave up working with them.

Had an absolute nightmare with this company, they cost us a fortune and took over a year to obtain our vat certificates and that is just the start of it!

Avoid this company
Pretty useless as an organisation do not trust them with your VAT. Endless problems, they don't listen. Nothing has improved despite complaining and changing account managers, in fact they have got worse. They will cost you money by not forwarding tax office correspondence in a timely manner.

Extremely poor communication
Extremely poor communication, late filings resulting in fines. No automated systems for processing returns and requesting payments - only various PDFs and spreadsheets that get emailed to you. Very expensive for the level of service.

Avoid this firm like pest
Avoid this firm like pest. VatGlobal has failed on some many levels and it has been a very costly mistake to have hired then. Due to their own wrong doings which they admitted we've had to pay penalties and had to hire a legal to correct their mistakes. Here is a summary of how they breached their own contract.
1. Vat Global have failed to ensure that the submitted returns are compliant with Vat authority rules
2. Vat Global have failed to provide a reasonable level of compliance advice
3. Vat Global have failed to provide additional services when requested by the company, being the provision of documents and information in order to assist the company in their communication with tax authorities regarding a Vat assessment within a reasonable time or at all
4. Vat Global have failed to carry out the services in professional and workmanlike manner
5. Vat Global have failed to adhere to all time period limitations imposed by the Company and/ or the relevant VAT authority
6. Vat Global have filed to rectify the matter with no charge the Company for any extra time required to make amendments and/or corrections to the VAT return
Please be very careful when using this company.

AVOID VAT GLOBAL !!!
AVOID that company !!!
In my experience their communication was poor - I didn’t get replies for weeks and couldn’t get hold of her on the phone at all. More worrying though were the errors they made on the returns, which were numerous and not insignificant
I have to say their service is not good
VAT Global trying to trying to put pressure on me in a lawsuit, transferring letters to the tax, and writing letters to Amazon
