The worst accounting company we have ever dealt with. Totally incompetent from start to finish. This company cost my business thousands of pounds in fines and fees due to their inability to get things right. Avoid this company. You have been warned.

Lo que no me gusta de Vat Global es que cuando llevas un tiempo trabajando con un gestor y te funciona, te lo cambian por motivos de dirección. Ahora llevamos tiempo con Ryan y esperemos que no nos lo cambien.

VatGlobal have been a nightmare to work with the first couple of years, Poor communications, months of delays to get a reply to urgent emails from the management that kept changing every 6 months blaming errors on their predecessors. I started looking elsewhere due to late filling penalties I was getting tired of paying until once day they assigned Mr Ryan E. as my account manager and things improved dramatically, everything was done in time and correctly and he even corrected the mess previous to his arrival. Great Tax advisor as well. I highly recommend him :D

Nataly has been looking after our VAT Global account since November 2020, managing our EU VAT filings. Her communication is superb and her filings are always accurate and timely.

Nataly Alvarez is a brilliant account manager for international VAT. It's quite complicated and I often get confused but she keeps things tidy for me so that we stay on top of what is needed.
