Have been happily answering surveys and building up cash to redeem. Having trying to redeem however a standard error of having to wait 72 hours for my account to be reviewed persists even after a week of trying.
Help pages suggested standard troubleshooting; all of which I tried and included screenshots of the errors as suggested.
When I filled out their contact us online form, I received an automated response suggesting the same troubleshooting. There's no way to answer this and resubmitting the same response gets the same automated response.
What a waste of time. Avoid!

I've used them for years but I'm going to stop because 9 out of 10 are coming up as "We've had to close this survey early" when I finish the survey and no credit to my account. I don't get this using any of my other survey sites

I already verified using my driver liscense but it still says that it will take upto 72 hours but its more than 4 weeks and have emailed them multiple times but they just have automated reply which is not useful at all

I have been with them for a few years now and they are one of the best and most reliable survey sites on the market. They have clear and concise surveys and easy to get vouchers as a reward. It is a pity however that they do not offer or have a cash bases reward scheme) All good though and onward and upward.

Definitely a scam! I wasted a lot of time doing these surveys and when it came time to collect an reward, they have you go through a verification process that involves showing your personal ID and face into a camera. I didn't like it but did it, and was then told that the verification was unsuccessful and a later email said they had now permanently suspended my account. Don't waste your time on this site!

What a scam. After earning $17 in a couple of days, I stopped receiving surveys and was unable to cash out because my account was put under a "72 hour review". It has been months, and I never heard back from support. Don't waste your time.

There is absolutely zero support.
Submitted multiple support emails with zero responses
Even after completing multiple surveys, my account is not "verified" so I am unable to redeem any rewards.

After about two weeks, received an email that I am verified

What a waste of time. You can't get a survey, or you do a survey only to be told you don't fit the criteria. For $1 a 10 minute study it's just not worth logging in and wasting your life let alone signing up. :(

I have over $100 sitting in my account but can't get any vouchers as there is a 72 hour review notice that keeps coming up. I have contacted them twice. Haven't heard anything back. Complete waste of time!!

The rewards versus the amount of time spent is a scam, last one I opened was $2 rewards for 15 mins, that would make $8 per hour the questionnaire took over 30 mins then displayed a screen stating we had to finish it early so I got 5c. Really pathetic payout for the time spent on it.

An absolute waste of time!!! You do their surveys to then be disappointed and frustrated!!!!!!!!

I have been diligently answering surveys and all of a sudden I can't access my account anymore. I have emailed support and told me my account has been suspended as I violated something in their Terms and Conditions. I have asked them which clause I violated and they can't even pinpoint what the one is. I have $130 in my account and gone to waste. Stay away from this company if possible.

Used to be great, however, in the last few months almost every survey will get to 80% or complete, then suddenly close and tell me I don't qualify to do the survey. Have made multiple complaints to customer service but have had no response. Absolute waste of time to give companies all my information for no reward. Disgusting that Valued Opinions is allowing this.

Same shit different user. Spent weeks earning enough points for jb hifi vouchers and...nope. come to redemption time, nothing. Scammers. Beware. Don't waste your time.

Since when is 72 hours a week or more? Having painstakingly (and tediously) filled out surveys for months, when I finally reach the amount of points needed for a voucher, I am told that as a 'new account' I have to go through a verification process. Two major problems with this. Firstly, I have been waiting over a week, not the 72 hours advised for verification, but secondly (and more importantly), how is mine a 'new' account, when I have been filling in their boring surveys for so long?

Either this is a scam, or it's incompetently managed. Either way, AVOID.

Like a few other people I also experienced the 72 hour verification delay, but once contacting through the support available the issue was solved within the day. Definitely not a scam, I have redeemed $100 in vouchers in the last month and it is a great help towards purchasing things a desire. Thanks valued opinions :)

They are scammer's at best! There's probably a lot more I could say but my review would then become redundant.
They make you verify in order to redeem but then their site is set up to keep telling you, for days and days that you're under review for 72 hours. I've been getting that message for the last week at least.
It's all rubbish and I'd recommend you stay well clear.

So difficult to contact and get a response. Want to verify my identity but it always says that the system is having problems. I spent so much time doing surveys,but when its time to cash out it seems like they avoid you

Do not use! Spent half a day filling in surveys and when it did come to withdrawal time they suspended my account and took four days before notifying me that they “permanently suspended” account. This is because I am not a citizen but a resident.

Disgusting. Especially when you consider how many survey providers (taken via their site) now have my data, and how much time I spent.

Not to mention the “customer service” is awful.

Will be reporting them.
