We’ve been using Manly for a few months…
We’ve been using Manly for a few months and have seen a positive change in our son. We needed to adjust the order to include shampoo and adjust the frequency, I sent an email and got a REAL human email interaction. 😊 it was easy and seamless to make this change due to the help of that team.

Love it! Bought a couple of bundles for my 12 year old. He’s been using for a couple of months now, and I’ve just learnt that he thinks the shower gel is great for smelly feet… lol. I’m glad that he made this discovery 🙈.

I strongly warn anyone considering…
I strongly warn anyone considering buying from this company.
Not only did they take money from my account without my authorisation once, but they deducted a second payment before even refunding the first one. I was then told I had to wait 3–5 business days for my own money to be returned.
These unauthorised deductions put my family under unnecessary financial stress. The money they took was meant for my son's birthday gift, and because of their actions, I was left without access to my own funds when I needed it most.
No customer should have to chase refunds for money that should never have been taken in the first place. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I would not recommend this company to anyone. Be very careful before giving them your payment details.

I completely understand how upsetting it would have been, especially when the funds were intended for your son's birthday. That is never the experience we want any customer to have.
I'm pleased we were able to process refunds for both orders, and I sincerely apologise again for the inconvenience caused while those refunds were being processed. Unfortunately, once a refund is issued, banks can take 3 to 5 business days to return the funds to your account, but I appreciate that doesn't make the situation any less frustrating.
Your feedback is incredibly valuable, and we've shared it with our team as we continue improving both our systems and our communication to help prevent situations like this in the future.

I bought the shampoo, conditioner, body wash and deodorant for my husband, and he was genuinely impressed. He said they were unlike any products he’s used before, and the quality really stood out.
The customer service was just as impressive. There was a small delay with my order that wasn’t the company’s fault, but they followed up straight away, sent a replacement without hesitation, and even included a couple of extra items as a thoughtful gesture.
The communication was prompt, friendly and genuinely customer-focused. It’s refreshing to find a business that stands behind its products and values its customers. We couldn’t be happier and will definitely be long-term customers.

Product never arrived, but got put on their spam list
Ordered from this company, it is past the window when it is supposed to arrive and it hasn't even shipped yet. They are spamming me with surveys to review products I haven't even received, and spamming me with "coupons & offers" but don't respond to customer service requests about the order. Would never recommend, I have asked for a refund but don't expect to hear back.

Life in the tropics not so stinky anymore
We live in the tropics and it is very hard to find something that works in our humidity. My son has reported that he loves the products and has noticed he doesn't have stinky body odour anymore and I can testify this to be true. Its so good that I also tried after failing to find a natural alternative for the tropics and its working for me too! Even though the scent is pleasant enough to be unisex it would be great if you created one for the girls too. Please create a Womanly for us ladies. Rose and Vanilla perhaps? Either way we will continue to use this brand and their amazing products!

Uses fake accounts for their sponsored ads on social media. I’ve seen at least 5 different sponsored ads all using fake profiles to talk positively about the product. Zero confidence in the company or the product they sell.
